I was surprised that if I do not take any loan from L & T Finance so why they are calling me. But After a telephonic discussion done with your female executive who was shared me the loan details and also tell me about merging of family credit finance with L & T Finance which was confirm by me through my resources who was initially working with Family Credit.
She was inform me about the outstanding for bounce payment on 08th Jul 2016 and inform me to do on immediate basis.But I was not able to go and do it on immediately hence I requested for other option like online or NEFT. She tell me we have an option for NEFT but you will be charged Rs 50/- as a processing charges, I was agree to pay the extra amount too to get the NOC.
So I was go through the online and do the NEFT transaction for Balance amount of Rs 714/- + online transaction charges Rs 50/- total Rs 764/- on dated 08th July 2016 with transaction ID AXIR[protected] to initiated branch 1890 (details are below and also screen shot attached here for your reference).
But when I am going through the recent updates NOC I surprisingly found that I had again balance of Rs. 714/- towards me with loan account no 1178194.
I was generate the online transaction with Credit account no [protected] and now i got another loan account no 1178194 oops...
What should I do now! both the credit account no and loan account no are different and I was paid Rs 764/- for EMI outstanding for bounce and again I have balance of Rs 714/-.
So please in your record for the above statement and do the needful as soon as possible and please provide me the NOC for the same.
