I took a micro finance loan in your company. I was paid all the periodic installment payments regularly. The principal amount outsatanding in my loan is only rs.573/-. It is going to complete in next month. But now my sb account in indian bank was locked by indian bank, because l&t finance company sent a mail to my bank to lock my account. Reason for that is wrong amount was credited by l&t finanace in my bank account. But actually it is loan amount given by l&t to me. Please take a necessary action regarding this matter and redress my problems immediately. Very emergency...

Good day,,, this is saravanan, during[protected] i took two wheeler loan form l&t finance services, for that i am facing an issue right now i closed all my monthly emi's correct time and i closed the loan few yeas back. But now i am checking cibil report from online my report showcasing still loan is active and emi's pending state. For this issue i spoked with l&t customer care center they verified and replaying all emi's closed nothing in active state like.. Kindly take this serious and close the issues as soon as possible.

I have financed a two wheeler loan with l&t finance and while making payment of installment for the month december I was asked to transfer the installment to a bank account provided by your personel which I later found was a wrong account the amount has been transfered from my end..
But company said I am not responsible.so hlp

I took a bike loan[protected] in august. At the same time, i summit all my documents according to the terms of the your company as well as your executive. With this i also provided three bank checks in my bank, which was for a check eft when my first installment was made so i told your executive that money was not debited from my bank account, then they told me sir your eft not show in my company account due to some technical issue. I paid the cash payment your exucative end., and after the last several months, whenever i talked about eft, then they again asked me to give a blank check, for eft summit again. If i ask, then again the technical is being reported and the hate speech is being used by your executive (Asm). I pay your taxes every month. After that your company executive threat to me many time. When i requested to his (Asm) for talk to your high officials them to threaten to complain in the police. They sometimes call themselves a policeman & advocate. I have been talking to him for several months that if any txn by these cheques numbers, then company will have responsibility for the same cheques. If you can not give in writing then provide these cheques which i have submitted to your executive. So that i had to not worried about those two cheques so that i can deposit my installment cash from time to time every month.

L&t finance i have never seen this type of fraud company in my life. I have started my two wheeler emi on feb 2017 and last paid on feb 2018 but they debit same amount on 19 march 2019 without any intimation. I also had bad experience with them before on misbehaving with me. Customers please don't go with them go with banks. Even customer care don't know anything. Bad experience.

Hi myself sandeep patil. I have received an message fro hp lntfin saying below, " dear customer, the overdue amount of rs.1812 against your l & t finance loan 604862 will be presented in your bank account in next 48 hours. Kindly maintain sufficient funds in your bank account. Thank you.

The above message is wrongly marked to my number. I have not taken any loan from l& t finance. Kindly look into my matter. If i get an debit for the loan that i have not taken i will go to consumer court and file an case against you. I am under mental stress because of the message. Kindly resolve within 24 hours.

I have taken Home Loan from Bangalore L&T Finance Branch and because of very unprofessional service, I decided to shift to another bank.
During the closure of the loan, I have been asked to pay the Premium paid by the Home Loan Insurance Company which they agreed with Kotak Mahindra team.
I was not aware that if I have to close the home loan, I also need to close the attached insurance to that. I was completely disturbed and wanted to quickly shift to another bank so I agreed to accept the process.
In the process, they asked me to pay around 162500 Rupees and said I will get back 80% of that.
Please note, it all happened verbal and told me that there are company norms in the documents page so somewhere you will find it.
Today I got refund of the amount and to my surprise they cut 40% of the amount.
I have to file this complaint as I am sure that these things they neither communicated nor gave me upfront readiness time for this.

I am really disappointed with this and need strict action on these companies whose targets are to get customers and some how cheat them

My sister took a loan of 30, 000 rs, and have paid all the interests and principals on time. At the time of closure she i was told that she is closing the loan too early and will have to pay additional 1, 650 rs as company had spent 1, 574 rs to insure the loan without notifying her about it. Now they are expecting her to pay the additional 1, 650 rs to cover for their loss. They are saying that by closing the loan early, they are incurring the loss, shouldn't they be prepared for that, as one could close the loan at any time??? She has paid 24% interests on this load from oct of 2018 though march of 2019. Given the high interest i helped her pay off the load, as she could not afford it anymore.

Now, when she am refusing to pay the extra 1, 650 rs they are not giving her the completed paperwork and also warning her saying her aadhaar will be blocked and no banks will give her loan in future. I don't understand why, when she has clearly managed to pay off loan in time.

Loan agreement No. 3182272 dtd. 16.03.2017. Loan have been taken to purchase Honda 3G scooty in March, 2017 . I have completed my loan repayment against said loan as per agreement. Please issue the NOC as early as possible and send the same to my registered address. I am waiting for your reply. Please do the needful as I take a further loan from your company.

This is to bring into your notice that a two wheeler loan (Two-wheeler loan - account no[protected]That i have not taken) fraud which somehow linked with my cibil and for the same i have been following up with l&t finance at barakhamba road new delhi branch since october 2018. It is almost 5 months and no action has been taken although i have already submitted and showed my original documents to rco.

This is a mental harassment for me as my cibil score has badly impacted due to which i am facing many other problems.

Request you to please look into this issue on priority. Looking forward to hearing from you.
