My l&t housing finance loan emi of rs. 40, 664 with standing instruction with hdfc savings account to deduct the ecs on 7th of every month,
For the month of november, standing instruction was misused and emi was deducted from my hdfc bank sb account on 12/nov/18, twice instead of once.

This resulted in the insufficient fund for my another bank emi, hence, other bank emi was bounced back. Please see the screen shot of my hdfc bank account statement for your reference.

I talked to your customer care number (With ms. Moutushi), she accepted there was a technical issue which resulted in the deduction of emi twice, hence, agreed to refund the additional amount. Both hdfc bank and pnb housing finance has charged a penalty of rs. 1, 180 due to bounce of the other emi, but it was resulted due l&t housing finance deducting the emi twice.

Please arrange to refund rs. 1, 180 immediately to cover the penalty charges from other banks.

My name is darshansinh gohil, taken two wheeler loan (Activa-5g) from l&t finance on july-2018, and submitted the required documents form ecs, of kotak mahindra bank, ahmedabad monthly emi of rs 2557.

Loan a/c number: 4011043

First month ecs cleared from our bank & after that from second month on wards we are receiving calls from l&t finance ahmedabad branches saying that due to the server down, payments not received from bank & asking us to pay by cash to the l&t representative.

Last two months we have paid by cash. We are keeping sufficient money in our account & also inquired in the bank about is there any problem from bank side to clear the ecs. But they confirmed no problem with bank or our account.

Unfortunately people from l & t making calls & threatening that our ecs return, which is totally wrong information. & also 2 times submitted ecs form in your l & t branch, ahmedabad. They are also using abused words unnecessarily and talking very rudely.

Why this is happening,

Though the ecs not return & having sufficient money why l&t people calling and threatening like this?

I am not satisfied with l & t service…

Kindly look in to the matter & resolve it as soon as possible.

Please note my complaint is not addressed so far. Due to the technical issue at l&t housing finance side, they have try to deducte the emi from my idbi bank twice, but 2nd emi was bounced. Idbi bank has charged penalty of rs. 590.

I would want penalty amount of rs. 590 should be borne by l&t housing finance as the issue was created from their side. Please refund the amount asap

Mumbai-78. I am regular customer for making payement regularly from Corporation Bank and sometimes collection boys come from Your side for collection of payment. I mentioned collection boys names as well as his numbers.. Collection boys names are 1) Mr. Jitendra - [protected] and 2) Mr. Sachin - [protected]. Last dated 24 sep 2018 from Corportion Bank was dectuted money twice amount in a bank account and collection boys I already mentioned his names or numbers they are collected money my registed home address. But now they people's are not attending my calls and not any calls come to your side for make payments. Please check this matter carefully deduction of money a twice in September month. I bought a bike from doon tvs. Gms road dehradun. Financed by l&t finance. Final deal - rs. 1, 08, 850/- with care off charges.
Loan amount -60, 000/- (With all charges)
Balance amount - 48, 850/- (Cash paid)
The loan amount is rs. 60, 000/- but after delivery i received a call from l&t financial services they told me that my loan amount is rs. 65, 000/-
I told to finance executive mr. Vishal at doon tvs.
He did'nt give me proper responce and i also talk to mr. Ashish but he also did'nt responce and did'nt give me brake up of my payment paid to dealership.
Kindly look into this matter an resolve issue asap.

I Meenakshi Ramesh Pawar had taken a loan from your finance for the purpose of buying a two wheeler. (Dream yuga - self drum alloy) . The loan amount of that finance is cleared since last year by the settlement process. Still I was finding myself in negative cibil record so I have received a NOC letter from your finance to get out of the negative cibil score . But even though I 'am finding myself with a very low Cibil score due to your finance issues.
So I kindly. request you to please remove my negative Cibil records and thus help me in increasing my Cibil score.

My l&t housing finance loan emi of rs. 17, 654 was on 7th of every month, this month it was deducted from my idbi bank account on 12/nov/18, not once but twice.

One valid emi was decuct successful. but on same day, L&T housing finance present same emi to my bank. But at that time i have only 6000 in my idbi account. So, this invalid emi was bounce due to insufficient fund, and idbi bank charged me RS. 590 as emi bounce charge.Please see the screen shot of my idbi bank account statement for your reference.

I talked to your customer care number (With mr. Rohit), he accepted there was a technical issue which resulted in the deduction of emi twice, hence, agreed to refund the emi bounce charge amount till 16th november 2018.
But still i have not received that charge and now customer care says that they won’t refund that charge.

Is this cheating with customer??
I want refund of that chargge.

One lady is taking following up with me for my bike noc. I am busy in my own work so i am not able to collect it from l&t finance's office, so i told that lady that it's your responsibility to delver my noc to my postal address. This is the issue and the lady from l&t started arguing with me and suddenly she dismissed call. This is the way to talk with customers? Does she have manners who to talk with customer? I am very disappointed with l&t finance

My l&t housing finance loan FIRST emi of INR 38K was due on 7th of nov. However i was shocked to see that 78K was deducted from my hdfc account.

I contacted Mr. Vijay Kamble and Rahul Sharma and found that it was due to some technical error. In my entire life i have not seen such a technical error wherein double the amount was deducted.

I was being assured by Vijay kamble that money will be refunded on monday...

Can you please let me know the reason why my EMI have been deducted twice in this month? Will it be impacted on my Cibil Score?

Rate of Interest - In last six month it has been increased to .75%. Can you give me the proper reason why it is getting changed every month?
should I transfer my loan account in other bank/financial service?

I am not getting the proper response from CSRs.

First month ecs cleared from our bank & after that from second month on wards we are receiving calls from l&t finance, chennai & hyderabad branches saying that due to the server down, payments not received from bank & asking us to pay by cash to the l&t representative.
Last three months we have paid like this by cash. We are keeping sufficient money in our account & also inquired in the bank about is there any problem from bank side to clear the ecs. But they confirmed no problem with bank or our account.
Unfortunately people from l & t making calls & threatening that our ecs return, which is totally wrong information. They are also using abused words unnecessarily and talking very rudely. Also threatening that will take the vehicle from our home if we will not pay by cash.
Why this is happening,
When we have a contract of bank ecs why l&t people making calls and creating this confusion?
Though the ecs not return & having sufficient money why l&t people calling and threatening like this?

I transferred to pune from bangalore. For re-registration rto is asking noc from financer. So l&t finance is my financer.

Still 6 months left to complete emi. Can you please furnish noc to get re-registered in mh rto.

Let me know what all documents required to you for issueing the noc as this is mandatory for re-registration.

I got a studio apartment financed by L&T Finance under subvention scheme. The bank invoked an ECS and withdrew all the money I has in my account claiming that the builder has defaulted on EMI payment. This led to a series of default by me in payment of other EMIs.
The builder told me that there had been no default by them. There is no clarity as to why did L&T Finance withdrew the money from my account. All the phone calls made to the bank executives and concerned persons remained unanswered. The builder gave me a number of Miss Archana, who never responded to my calls
