Updated by Dilawar Hawaldar This is to be inform you that from last 4 months I am taking continuously follow up from l & t housing for following unresolved issue. But still there was no action from there end. This is very disappointing to be part of L & T housing finance.

1) I had done part payment of Rs 12698 against MUMHL18001962 & Rs 9159 against MUMHL18001963 at 14/09/2018. This was cheque issued by LTFS in its own name. After a 4 months 5 days this part payment still not debited from my current outstanding. I want to know where this money goes?

2) Tenure of my account no MUMHL18001962 has increase to 600 months from 360 months because of may be revision in Rate of interest. But worst thing is that no one has inform to me whether I want to increase the EMI or a months. Just ting over LTFS is allowing loan for 50 years ? same query raise with l & t housing but still problem is unresolved. Because of mentioned issue my principle is 1148 Rs only in last 5 month EMI which is not possible & acceptable. Even I had paid instalment overdue amount separately(due to increase in Rate of interest)

3)Many time I was informed about wrong ECS of Rs 6624 against loan account no MUMHL18001963 has debited in my account but no action taken from LTFS end as a good customer I didn’t refused or bounce the ECS from last 4 month although it was wrong. In current month LFTS has debited right ECS of Rs. 2598 against same loan account no. from last 4 to 5 month I had paid extra amount of[protected]= 4026 Rs In each month. I need refund all this extra amount paid to L & housing finance.I continuously found that above all problem are going to increase because of there lack of attention & seriousness towards customers problems.

4)I am taking continuously follow-up for disbursement of remaining 5 lakh amount against loan no MUMHL18001963 but no one was responded even.

This is Backiavathy Jeyakumar.
My two wheeler loan account No. is 3811207.
August month EMI was not deducted on 5th August since it was Sunday and it was informed us to transfer the amount of Rs.3884 through NEFT (UTR No. AXMB[protected].We did the same on 10th August and also informed to the L&T Finance, Lalbagh - Bangalore.

But on 16 th August again an amount of Rs.3884 got detected automatically from my account.
When we inquired this to the L&T finance, Bangalore there was no any proper response or guidance.

Again on Saturday a l&t finance collection executive called stating that EMI amount is pending for August 2018 and we need to pay. Seems there is no proper communication between staffs in L&T Finance, Bangalore

Now we request you to look in to the issue and return the amount of Rs.3884 to our account which was deducted for second time.

I was taken two wheeler loan with l & t they deduct my emi sharply at every month 5th but visit my bank due to some personal loan they told your l & t loan 2000rs over due has been shown like this.

Even several time call to customer care and regional office land line they very lazy answering all questions[protected]/ 6688103 /66881136. Very poor and worst customer service.

I had bad opinion on this issue. How the customer know the loan details, person are rotate here and there but not getting any solutions.

I had taken a two wheeler loan from l&t finance in thr month of may 2018, at the time of emi it came to my knowledge that my ecs has not yet been activated yet even after 3 months. On trying calling several times, i was told that the signature is not matching. Let me inform you that i was not informed anything about the signature mismatch in these two months and was informed only after the emi bounced. Now i as a customer ask l&t finance that if there is some issue regarding the signature then whose responsibility it is to inform the customer?
We pay processing charges to you and you people cannot even do you work faithfully. I am constantly getting calls from the recovery department and a person from the same department assured me that they will send a person to my address to collect the current month's emi but sadly none of the assured has been yet performed.

Last mahine main unone muje Police station me bulake mujse sign bhi li ki main apne sare paise 18.8.18 se pahle bhar du Sec. 75 ke under. Ab jab ki mai paise bhar rahi hu to wo jyada paise mang rahe hai. To maine kaha bhi ki aap muje kuch authentic documents de do to me utne paise bhi bhar dungi. but vo kuch authentic documents dene ke liye bhi tayar nahi hai. bs yahi kah rahe hai ki paise bharo ya fir aap per kes hogi to aapko arrest kar Kolkatta le jaya jayega. Muje ye loan ke zanzat se bhahar niklna hai. apke officer kuch help nahi karte na ki vo kuch acche se batate hai na bat karte hai. 2 mahine ka time to aap ke notice pe hi tha agar usme kuch jyada charges lag bhi jate hai to vo 10-15 hajar to nahi honge 65000Rs pe. Aur aap ke officer Kolkatta Jail ki bat karte hai. Unone kon se basis pe arreset warrant nikala Sec. 75 ke under vo bhi pata nahi, jab ki mai paise lene ke liye aap ke officer ko request kar rahi hu. Ye konsa tarika hai ke aap kisi ladki ke sath aise bat karo aur help bhi na karo.

My self sharada prasad, i take a two wheeler loan form your bhubaneswar branch, application id - 3801863, i was three installment to paid on three months from my account, so the first payment was deduct form my account respectively but the second installment was not deduct form my account due to some problem (I had sufficient balance in my account according to my installment charges) and this amount i had to pay in cash at your bhubaneswar branch office, when i was paid the third installment in third month respectively they told me sir you have paid penalty charges for that, when i ask them why you don't inform me those things, so i paid in cash, why should i give penalty, they told you are bound to paid this amount. That time i paid only my installment charge. I don't know that what happen to my civil score, accidentally i want to know that their was (Overdue) message showing. So i want to know how i should remove this? And already i had my noc. So kindly help me regarding this, grant my complaint and take some action on it. Other wise i will go through legally.

We want a forclosure letter for two wheeler loan as noc is required but your ahmedabad, vijay char rasta branch is not responding well, they are treating their customers like begger, at the time of taking loan we are valued customer at the time of prepayment of loan we become beggers, who have to beg for NOC. I never would be prefer to be a customer for land t finance in future.Neither they are allowing us for online payment.Worst staff as well as policy.

My two wheeler Agreement no is : - 2887852. EMI of Rs.2488 was to be deducted on 5th August 2018 because 5th Aug is sunday the amount has been deducted on 6th August but on Cibil report its showing as amount due. I want the report to be updated as soon as possible for personal Loan Purpose. The photocopies of the same have been attached herewith.

As you know last month when my emi skips i did neft against the skip amount as per your customer care instruction but again the same amount has been debited from my account and when i complain with your customer care he told told that the same amount will adjust in the next month but again it has been debited.. I have lost the trust with your prompt service.

Before taking any legal opinion i want to refund my amount asap.
Your cooperation will be highly solicited.
