Meanwhile we don't have any contact details of yours and the service is also ridiculous. The person whom i have contact no(person from l and t) ... always say that he is sending the loan statement ...this situation is repeating for past 1 month...

My two wheeler loan account No. is 3811207.
August month EMI was not deducted on 5th August since it was Sunday and it was informed us to transfer the amount of Rs.3884 through NEFT (UTR No. AXMB[protected].We did the same on 10th August and also informed to the L&T Finance, Lalbagh - Bangalore.

But on 16 th August again an amount of Rs.3884 got detected automatically from my account.
When we inquired this to the L&T finance, Bangalore there was no any proper response or guidance.

Again on Saturday a l&t finance collection executive called stating that EMI amount is pending for August 2018 and we need to pay. Seems there is no proper communication between staffs in L&T Finance, Bangalore

Now we request you to look in to the issue and return the amount of Rs.3884 to our account which was deducted for second time.

I was taken two wheeler loan with l & t they deduct my emi sharply at every month 5th but visit my bank due to some personal loan they told your l & t loan 2000rs over due has been shown like this.

Even several time call to customer care and regional office land line they very lazy answering all questions[protected]/ 6688103 /66881136. Very poor and worst customer service.

I had bad opinion on this issue. How the customer know the loan details, person are rotate here and there but not getting any solutions.

I had taken a two wheeler loan from l&t finance in thr month of may 2018, at the time of emi it came to my knowledge that my ecs has not yet been activated yet even after 3 months. On trying calling several times, i was told that the signature is not matching. Let me inform you that i was not informed anything about the signature mismatch in these two months and was informed only after the emi bounced. Now i as a customer ask l&t finance that if there is some issue regarding the signature then whose responsibility it is to inform the customer?
We pay processing charges to you and you people cannot even do you work faithfully. I am constantly getting calls from the recovery department and a person from the same department assured me that they will send a person to my address to collect the current month's emi but sadly none of the assured has been yet performed.

Sirji, mere Bhai ne mere documents pe two wheeler le thi L & T finance se. uske kuch hafte hamne bhare the aur kuch rah gaye the. to uske regarding mere nam pe unone ek legal documents Kolkalta Court se bheja June 2018 me. Uske anusar muje 65173 rs bharne ke liye kaha tha ya fir mere upper kes hogi aisa unone kaha tha. to maine puchtach ki aur ham sare paise jama kar ke jab unke Solapur office main bharne ke liye gaye 13.8.18 to vaha ke officer ne 79000rs ki mang ki. Last mahine main unone muje Police station me bulake mujse sign bhi li ki main apne sare paise 18.8.18 se pahle bhar du Sec. 75 ke under. Ab jab ki mai paise bhar rahi hu to wo jyada paise mang rahe hai. To maine kaha bhi ki aap muje kuch authentic documents de do to me utne paise bhi bhar dungi. but vo kuch authentic documents dene ke liye bhi tayar nahi hai. bs yahi kah rahe hai ki paise bharo ya fir aap per kes hogi to aapko arrest kar Kolkatta le jaya jayega. Vo kuch bhi clear communication ya authentic documents nahi de rahe. Jo notice bhi muje de gaye hai usme bs Vakil ke nam hai unka kuch bhi contact details nahi hai. Je muje kuch samaj nahi aa raha hai ki me kya karu. Please aap mere help karo.

I had deposited 20700/ on 9/8/18 in place of 20514/ for my loan no H[protected] the EMI bounced and i got soa statement after bouncing the cheque on same date 7/8/18 to not bounce i transferred rs 500/ as 200/ was short in bank after getting mail by you in my account
My service request no is 45684236 against my request on 10/8/18
Now i am getting message that Emily will be represented on or before 15th of August so I Am in tention
Please update urgently and mail the same to me and present emi for the next month.

Complain about my bike loan last month my salary came late so the concern person fro L&T finance Kalina branch said they will pick up cash and i paid the but after 2 day again from my account the at started deducting as . i spoke to concern person he said he will do the needful thing and adjust in next month .but again in this month the deducted the emi from my account, as i tried to call nobody is receiving the call

Due to insufficient balance in the account, emi deduction was not done.

I have contacted the agent through whom the loan was taken. I was told that i will be contacted by them or the company itself for the amount to be paid. However, i have not received any call or message regarding this.br...

My self sharada prasad, i take a two wheeler loan form your bhubaneswar branch, application id - 3801863, i was three installment to paid on three months from my account, so the first payment was deduct form my account respectively but the second installment was not deduct form my account due to some problem (I had sufficient balance in my account according to my installment charges) and this amount i had to pay in cash at your bhubaneswar branch office, when i was paid the third installment in third month respectively they told me sir you have paid penalty charges for that, when i ask them why you don't inform me those things, so i paid in cash, why should i give penalty, they told you are bound to paid this amount. That time i paid only my installment charge. I don't know that what happen to my civil score, accidentally i want to know that their was (Overdue) message showing. So i want to know how i should remove this? And already i had my noc. So kindly help me regarding this, grant my complaint and take some action on it. Other wise i will go through legally.

My name is prosun boral and my loan no is 3250699, two wheeler loan. My first emi get bounced due to some mis communication and i m paying that with fine, then my all emi goes through ecs, but in civil report finance company shows that all emi in std and not only that they showing some overdue 2615rs. But i don't have any overdue. I request please solve this problem as soon as possible, because i am not getting any loan for this issue.

We want a forclosure letter for two wheeler loan as noc is required but your ahmedabad, vijay char rasta branch is not responding well, they are treating their customers like begger, at the time of taking loan we are valued customer at the time of prepayment of loan we become beggers, who have to beg for NOC. I never would be prefer to be a customer for land t finance in future.Neither they are allowing us for online payment.Worst staff as well as policy.

As you know last month when my emi skips i did neft against the skip amount as per your customer care instruction but again the same amount has been debited from my account and when i complain with your customer care he told told that the same amount will adjust in the next month but again it has been debited.. I have lost the trust with your prompt service.

Before taking any legal opinion i want to refund my amount asap.
Your cooperation will be highly solicited.

I have taken a loan from L&T finance under loan agreement no of H[protected]. This is under subvention plan. However, my complaint is that the EMI has started hitting my account since July when I have not yet received the possession of my flat.

The agreement is under subvention by which EMI should start for me only after flat possession. Please explain.

I am again getting SMS from L&T that EMI will deduct again for Aug.

What is the issue? I am also not getting any response from my builder 'Supertech' as to what is the issue here. Can anyone explain to me.

Currently I am not in India, so not able to contact anyone in person, but would appreciate if someone responds back to me on this complaint on my email - [protected]@yahoo.co.in

I have not got my status your l&t finance branch =pune they have closed my account on 19 july 2018 when i have contact them don't reply my answer and plz provide us service when i have reach tu them they don't meet us and till now they have not clear my cibil and till now i have not got my noc

I am muhammed hussain, my vehicle no. Cg04 lh 2778, loan no. 2891610 its loan amount was due, for foreclosing i submitted 30000 to the l&t agent, nisaar. He only paid 3500 and rest amount details r hidden till date. There is no information from bank regarding my money, no reciept given of depositted money. Pls take necesary steps to make my cibil good. Otherwise i'll take legal action against the bank.

My loan a/c no is punhl18001034, my guarantor joel sojwal, applied for a personal loan few days back and my home loan is showing under his cibil record stating that he has taken the home loan, eventhough he is just a guarantor, the personal loan official is asking for a copy of the application page where he signed as guarantor to show as supporting document, i would request you to help me with the same. I went to the corporate office yesterday and submitted a request for a copy of my application, paid 500 and it would take 7 days and i asked if i can get anything now like a copy which shows guarantor details of my home loan and they said system is down and call today and come, so i have been calling since morning to corp office and no one answers the call, pathetic service or sometimes they answer and put of hold without saying a word, can't believe ltfs service is like this thought it was a good company.
