I am trying to get this statement from last 2 weeks bur no one from your site cooperated with me. your customer care number is not working even its not ringing help me with loan statement As soon as possible your quick response will highly appreciate here....

Dear sir/madam,

This is regarding the emi which gets deducted every month for the two wheeler loan taken on 'date 24/03/2017 of total amount 56, 300/-

Due to insufficient balance in the account, emi deduction was not done.

I have contacted the agent through whom the loan was taken. I was told that i will be contacted by them or the company itself for the amount to be paid. However, i have not received any call or message regarding this.

Kindly let me know the further step to be taken as the per day charges would be added and i'm not responsible the delay in response from the agent and the company since i have contacted them several times.

I already contact your concern person but they told me that i have an outstanding of rs 700 something. Whereas my all transactions is completed. Now i have an urgency and noc is required for my personal reasons.                 Respected sir/madam

                A VERY RUDE BEHAVIOR DONE BY YOUR EXECUTIVE MADAM SONALI WHEN I HAD GONE TO YOUR Technopolis 7th Floor Wing-A Sector-V Salt Lake Bidhan Nagar OFFICE REGARDING MY ISSUE SO I BOUND TO GO TO PROPER FORUM FOR JUSTICE.

                I do hereby inform you that I lent a loan from FAMILY CREDIT on 29/10/2008 account no. 230547, agreement no. 230547 (as provided by you) where loan EMI TENURE was 24 frequency monthly.
                After six EMIS due to some technical problem from my side(when on due date the EMIS NOT AVAILABLE TO MY ACCOUNT) the monthly EMIs not deducted from my account whether balance was available in my account.
                then I had contact with FAMILY CREDIT office where they suggest to make the payment by cash . I agreed and the remain EMI I paid through cash in every month as FAMILY CREDIT INSTRUCTED without any dues.
                After completion of my all EMIS recently again deducted from my account from December 2017.
                Then I contact authority regarding this issue and as also as clearance certificate then I came to knew some payment still pending and after two EMIS bounced all cheque . I am astonished to knew it.
                Now I request you to please verify the issue
                1.As it was a technical fault from your side so that the payment bounced in every months whether the savings account of my axis bank A/c no...[protected].
                You may check my saving account statement in that time . As also no bouncing instruction given from my side to bank you may also check the statement
                If any other problem was there then how the two EMIS deduction possible on that time and again after from December 2017.
                2.Please check my all payment done by cash in every month in proper time as it suggested by Family Credit .
                Now let me please clarify whether I was penalised for that issue which not happened due to my issue .
                Request you to please take necessary action otherwise I go to consumer forum or other legal forum for justice .

                  I have an issue regarding my bike emi. I have taken two vehicles on emi through l&t finance one is honda activa and the other is honda hornet. Activa loan was fully paid and cleared. When i paid my hornet emi at l&t outlet they paid the emi to loan no. 3138083 which is activa (Already closed) loan account it should be paid to loan no. 3427001 (Existing account). For this i already reached the l&t office visakhapatnam near dwaraka nagar rtc complex. The person who is handling such issues is on leave its been more than one month he is in leave and when i am asking others they are saying that he will handle these activities. No one is taking the responsibility of a customer or sorting out an alternative. Please look into this as soon as possible. Its been more than a month now.

                    I would like to inform you that now i'm a customer of your l&t finance. I take a loan from your organization two wheeler. Still now i haven't received from you any loan bond & my loan details. Accordingly i will payout my emi rs.1, 709 per month.

                    In that case running month due to my family medical treatment purpose we will going to out statusion that's why i'm unable to meniend the this month emi on my svaing account & after that will know that if by mistake will unable to give payment from my self then my loan account has been charges extra fine amount.

                    I'm received regarding payout of your aothrize concerned person & i commented him i made this month payment by rtgs on your account but there shear a/c no rtgs not done from my self by online. I request him shear me correct a/c no or collect the money from my address but they are not consider me & not taken any serious action regarding my payment. Many time i will call him but he/she not response my call or not support me.

                    After that with discussion with ur office concerned person i'm telling him payout has to done by my office week off day i. E wednesday bez i'm working at a retail sectors as a store manager so i 'm unable to going bank for rtgs virtual account without my w/o & he assured the same.

                    But today i same received a call from you to my garnter person like a thading call. If not i'm co-operation to you all then you will calling others but when i will co-ordinat with you so why you will take such types of behavior from your self.

                    I hope i'm taken loan 1st time from l&t finance it's my very bad dission bez there customer service is very bad.

                    I'm payout the this month emi tommorow now. So i need kindly shear me the this loan account four closed amount wise details also & one more thing any one month any customer get such types of issues then your behivor like a defalder customer service it's very disappointed from going to your finance service in this 1st time. If i'm payout leat then will bound for payment fine. So why you are taken very unexpected behavior for a customer.

                    At list i request you kindly shear rtgs correct a/c detail & closed the issues asap.

                        Good morning i have a two wheeler loan in l&t finance and i havent paid my last two months emi one of the tele caller called me and she was arguing with me badly and she was saying labour what is your aukadh this is the way she behaves with a customer and i called to online services of l&t i said my problem to her she is not taking any complaint and she is saying that your payments are pending that's wise our executive said u like that i need a urgent reply what kind of employees are working under l&t i don't know

                          Today I received the call from your registered office Kolkata which no belong to[protected]/300..due to bad connection on mobile I won't be listen to the caller who called..and I was keep saying hello hello ...and that caller replied suddenly ...BEHRA HO GAYA HAI KYA..SUNAI NAHI DETA...being a costumer I wanted to know..this is how L&T behave with there costumers..first of all if there is ECS is already going on my account then why he is going to ask me paying in cash...and his behaviour is so bad..after having a conversation with that guy I loose my tempered too..and speak with him in a very rude way..and when I tell him to transfer the call to his manager..I didn't to that also..and keep calling me again and again.. if there is call recording system you can check with the time who called me up... conversation time...11:38 am and second call I received 11:43 am on
                          [protected]..Its my humble request you to kindly pay attention to my complaint.and find that person who is like not supposed to sit on the position...

Mera bike ka outstanding loan complete hone ke baad main santa cruz east l &t ke finance loan department mein jakar penalty rs 2500 bharkar waha se maine payment ka receipt le liya.. Aur payment maine 31 march 2018 ko kiya tha... Aur mujhe bola gaya ki 15 working days by post noc mil jayegi.. Par abhitak mujhe noc mili nahi... Aur main jab waha call karke puchhti hu toh bolte hai...

                                Respected sir /madam
                                I do hereby inform you that i lent a loan from family credit on 29/10/2008 account no. 230547, agreement no. 230547 (As provided by you) where loan emi tenure was 24 frequency monthly.
                                After two emis due to some technical problem from yours side the monthly emis not deducted from my account whether balance was available in my account.
                                Then i had contact with family credit office where they suggest to make the payment by cash. I agreed and the remain emi i paid through cash in every month as family credit instructed without any dues.
                                After completion of my all emis recently again deducted from my account from december 2017.
                                Then i contact authority regarding this issue and as also as clearance certificate then i came to knew some payment still pending and after two emis bounced all cheque. I am astronished to knew it.
                                Now i request you to please verify the issue
                                1. As it was a technical fault from your side so that the payment bounced in every months whether the savings account of my axis bank a/c no...[protected].
                                You may check my saving account statement in that time. As also no bouncing instruction given from my side to bank you may also check the statement
                                If any other problem was there then how the two emis deduction possible on that time and again after from december 2017.
                                2. Please check my all payment done by cash in every month in proper time as it suggested by family credit.
                                Now let me please clarify whether i was penalised for that issue which not happened due to my issue.
                                Request you to please take necessary action otherwise i go to consumer forum or other legal forum for justice.
                                I think you understand the issue which happened with me.

                                A VERY RUDE BEHAVIOR DONE BY YOUR EXECUTIVE MADAM SONALI WHEN I HAD GONE TO YOUR Technopolis 7th Floor Wing-A Sector-V Salt Lake Bidhan Nagar OFFICE REGARDING MY ISSUE SO I BOUND TO GO TO PROPER FORUM FOR JUSTICE.

                                I do hereby inform you that I lent a loan from FAMILY CREDIT on 29/10/2008 account no. 230547, agreement no. 230547 (as provided by you) where loan EMI TENURE was 24 frequency monthly.
                                After six EMIS due to some technical problem from my side(when on due date the EMIS NOT AVAILABLE TO MY ACCOUNT) the monthly EMIs not deducted from my account whether balance was available in my account.
                                then I had contact with FAMILY CREDIT office where they suggest to make the payment by cash . I agreed and the remain EMI I paid through cash in every month as FAMILY CREDIT INSTRUCTED without any dues.
                                After completion of my all EMIS recently again deducted from my account from December 2017.
                                Then I contact authority regarding this issue and as also as clearance certificate then I came to knew some payment still pending and after two EMIS bounced all cheque . I am astonished to knew it.
                                Now I request you to please verify the issue
