Unrespectful from the manager arun pandiyan, thudiyalur branch.. Behaving very rudely and using bad words to the customer.. How u can having such a bad manager in your finance it's ridiculous. Such a worst branch in thudiyalur.. His behavior was too bad and it will hurt the customers.. And way of talking is worst it's not personal but it hurts all the customers. He throw the form in front of all the employees.. Take a necessary action..

I am work for good faith, on lok adalath conduct on 24th november 2017 at trivandrum as per the rate fixed by discussion total amount of rs.18300/-. The work and lok adalath done, on very next day[protected] am send the bill as per sandip sir's mail on courier to mumbai legal section of l&t finance. That received on[protected] on mumbai. But till date my bill was not processed or debit to my account. Sandip sir says it's 45 days for processing the payment, but now present[protected] it exceeds 45 days. Am disappointed your office services. I want a confirmation mail from your office, when the payment get. Now sandip sir didn't attend my calls.
So your office give me the reply for above said, with in 5 days otherwise am proceed for legally.
Your office totally disappointed the legal family.

With regards to my previous comment, i paid the outstanding amount in L&T Office, Hyderabad on 22/12/2017, last 39 days i am following for my noc and clearing from civil also. when i paid on 22/12/2018 they told me you will get noc after one month so i visited 23/01/2017 they said not yet ready again they told me call us on after one week so i called 29/01/2018 they said please send me the receipt copy why you have all the received and you have one receipt copy which i signed so i am confused now i am waiting for noc urgent to apply new loan with some other bank till now 39 days passed already how long i have to wait. please requesting you to issue noc asap.

They stolen my scooter my total unpaid EMI something 16000

But they said me pay 60000 and get your scooter

Kgb121027r[protected] the agent of l&t is not coming to collect emi in summer and no call from them side but at sudden now they appear in winter time when here is lack of money and they come to collect there overdue if i would this much rich why would i take loan so please think about it don't harass people like this
And i will pay this as soon as possible
But for next time please collect every month the emi

My loan tenure will be 23 months rs 3741, from last two months im unable to pay my emi, recovery agents called me and harassing me i have told that to seize my vehicle, but they were not ready to take, daily they were coming shouting at me in my road, before that in my street they were searching me by showing my photo, this is what they serve to customer, l&t finance sending rowdys to recover the amount, i suffer lot by this guys, manager name will be deepak he very rude on talking, if im not paid kindly take my vehicle sunil hm -[protected] he shouting on me by calling fraud, im paying promptly 16 months by any delay im not expecting such behaviour

I was having a 2 wheeler loan in 2014, and it has not got closed yet i am struggling to get noc but they are more asking for money i know i have to give 6000 but they are asking 15000 and i asked 9000 left is for what they are it's the charges which you have to give to get noc... I have only loan account no which is 1857054, and they are asking i don't know what and all, please help me to close my account and get noc asap pls.

Yesterday (22 jan time 03:31 pm) i received the call from your kolkata office mob number : [protected] (Name : sumantra talukdar) the person was saying why you have not payed last emi (18) of your loan, i said send some one at my home with my noc and he collect payment from my home, he replied me very foul and said that we are not your nokar, i said so am i your nokar, he said yes you our nokar.

So just clarify these word nokar and way talk to customer of your representatives.

I am nikhil kabre, i had taken loan for jupiter tvs from l& t finance fc road pune in 2016. All my emis were paid on time. This january 2018 was my last emi which was missed due to some misunderstanding on my side.
I started getting very impolite and rude calls from your team from mobile nos the name of the girl is dipti deshmkh who was rude and impolite. She is in punne branch.
I strictly condemn such behaviour from your staff and demand an apology from her.

Then the officer is saying atm statement is not valid in there company. Sir the sbi atm machine is made by the under the government (Rbi) how that officer can say that...

I the undersigned prashant s kulkarni have taken honda activa deo in march 2017 loan acct no: 3179528 however due to idbi bank issue ecs would not clear on time hence i use to get call from collection team especially by this lady shraddha who would request to pay the outstanding balance at the nearest money transfer agent whom i paid rs 50.00 extra everytime whenever i had to pay the emi 2640 she never informed that i will be charged rs 350.00 every month for chq bouce charge so today i got the message that i have to pay for this 6 months nearly 350.00 charges which is equivalent to my monthly emi so far hence i called customer services filled the complaint id 39252241.
Please look into this matter as i am completely dissatisfied with the services and the charges levied against my account.

maine isse pahle bhi 3 time other compony ka loan liya hai aaj tak kabhi mera ek bhi emi cancell nahi hua friday ko mujhe apki andheri office se kisi sanjay naam ke bande ne call kiya aur mujhe dhamkane laga ke tumhara emi andheri akar bhardo maine kaha bhai mere bank account me paisa hai tumhara emi ka time pe automatic minus hojayga to usne bola this time automatic nahi katega apko yaha akar bharna padega maine kaha agar automatic nahi katega to kisi person ko bhejo mai check de deta hu meri is baat par woh woh mujhe gaali dene laga bola tereko to yaha akar bharna hi padega nahi to mai tera bank account seas kardunga aur mai kon hu tujhe pata nahi .

With reference to agreement no-kgb127134s[protected], loan taken on 10 march 2015. I opted for ecs and necessary documents submitted. But lt failed to active ecs and they collect thru cash. First 4 months no body came to collection and when enquire the contact person he told he left the job and give other contact number. Then i call lt office and ask them to collect the money. Inbetween dues charges are going high. Everymonth i uses to remember the office to collect money to avoid late payment. Last one year they told bill will be given on next month collection. 2 days back i download the statement and i m shock to see all my payments are paid late and dues are high and to the shock one month payment was not accounted still. Immediately i call executive who collect money, once he heard my complaint he didnt attend my phone call. What the pondy branch doing is big fraudulent collecting money and account one month late. Now overdue cargoes grows more than 15k.

I'm having and auto loan with l&n (Loan number: 2982383) and the at the starting of my loan due to some technical issue from there side they were not able to deduct the esc from my bank account and later on i visited l&t cp, delhi office and done all the paper work again and pay 3 installment amount in cheque and now when all the installments are completed and i went to l&t office for noc they are saying that there is rs 1247/- lpc is pending and on customer care they don't have any record like lpc.

When i said the same thing to the people who are working there so they confirmed me that they will waive off that late payment charges and after 15 days i can come and collect my noc but on 3-dec-2017 suddenly they deducted rs 1247/- from my account and i'm calling in l&t office and they are not responding at all.

I, minarul sk, am a bona-fide borrower of a two wheeler loan from your organisation having the agreement no. 2421159. I am repaying every installment on a regular basis and there is no due of the emi. But in my cibil report emi of october appeared as due, because of which my cibil score came down. And i was denied enhancement of my running cash credit loan from bank causing major problem in fulfilling my financial requirements.

I contacted your local office at berahampur kk banerjee road for help but got no assistance from the staff.

Please look after the matter and kindly take necessary action to update my repayment history to cibil so that i could avail loan from other institute.

L&t infrastructure bonds - money with complete interest not received
Claim for maturity amount and interest/bonus of l&t infra bond
I purchsed l&t infra bond on 24.03.2012 for an amount of rs.. 20000/- (Rs. Twenty thousand only) and it matured on 23.03.2017 and i wish to get the matured amount with bonus and interest as applicable and hence, it is requested to do the needful to pay back my money with full interest and bonus...

That my client who had availed two wheeler vehicle loan from your finance at madurai loan agreement no 2162049. Agreement date 22/12/2014. Amount of finance rs.49, 000/- tenure of installment -30 months
That my client had regular repayment of loan through your collecting agent m/s. Sakthi agency
That the collecting agency asked my client, the rc book original, in order to have scan the rc book. Under the belief and trust, my client had submitted his original rc book, the agency orally accepted to return rc book after scanning the book
My client, asked your collecting agency to return the rc book, which there is no response from them
My client had approached your office and explained in detail, and you asked to pay the due amount. My client had made arrangement to pay the balance loan amount, and when he had approached with loan amount, and asked the original rc book
You have not shown any positive sign to return the original rc book. My client, had approached number of time and you have vehemently turn down to return the original rc book
