Dear sir,

Actually i had insurance from l & t... And before some days i had a accident.. Some part of my car was damaged... So that i applied for claim.. After checking all detail and my car.. Fully claim not accepted by inspector.. Give us some unacceptable reason... When my car is repaired.. I dint received my claim amount. Almost 14 days spent on this incidence... ('my claim no. C[protected].. I called to inspector many times.. But he din't pick the call..

    My Name is Sudhir Singh, I approach Punjab National Bank My Home Branch, Mokama, for KCC Loan first Time, and there I have informed that is I have taken a tractor loan from LT Finance in year 2014, however its, completely wrong, I have been never take loan from Bank or Financial institutions of India, also they provide me CIBIL report provided by High Mark. I requested to Highmark to provide all details regarding this fake loan, they provide a Loan account No, and Branch Details that is as follows : -

    I went yesterday at mentioned branch for and there I informed that I not taken any loan, my Aadhar No, Voter Id Card No, and My phone No by mistake published in your / LT Finance loan management System CIBIL Report, Here I would like to say that I fail to understand that how it possible to published or mentioned my 3 Important document in CIBIL Report..and your System...and they told tha any CA can remove it..

    I am a illiterate person, small farmar, never use any CA or accountant ever in my life, , , therefore I request you either you provide full loan details so that I can find out who is behind it, , I will make a F.I.R against him, , or remove my name or other details from CIBIL...

    I am attaching same paper which has been provided by PNB Mokama, Branch..

    Since March 2014 i am paying interest rate of 11% for my home loan but, you are advertising that easy home loans with only the interest rate of 9.75%. Which will applicable for me or not. If it s not why?

      This to inform you that every month i am harassed by your loan recovery agent L & T Belgaum for asking me to pay installement against my two wheeler loan a/c 2543198 in cash payment mode only. Their way of asking too pathetic, informing me have i blindly signed the agreement. They are not accepting payment in electronic terms. Please look into this and resolve or else this matter need to be escalated to PMO Office delhi.

        We had taken home loan from lthfl... From the beggining, response of the customer service is the worst.

        Worst company and people r so pathetic that they will not receive calls... If we visit the branch, all representatives wil be off duty... I don't understand how they r managing... L&t housing finance is a black mark on larsen and toubro...
        Shame on u guys...

          Dear sir,
          I have taken loan for two wheeler vehicle in the month of sep-16 and my loan no is:29732676, but unfortunately the cheque was bounced due to insufficient fund in my account, how ever i have promised your customer care that i will pay it by cash on or before 28/04/2017, but failed to pay due to some scheduled business meetings, but one of your customer care called me on my mobile on 28/04/2017 and spoke in a very rough manner which was not at all acceptable for me, and i am already ready to pay the recovery amount or any extra interest due to my negligence of maintaining fund in my account, i apologist for that, but the customer care the lady who spoke to me was making a continuous argument with me and the way she talked with was in a slum manner which i cant explain to u people. i was ashamed to raise the complaint on her.i never expected this type of customer cares in l&t Finance. The way she approached is not at all acceptable for me.If i failed to pay the amount the company can proceed legally and take action upon me, and i am ready to accept it. but this is not the way of approaching in unprofessional manner.the last call i got from customer care is on 28/04/2017 at 17:30 hrs customer care no:[protected], name not mentioned, please take action upon her . other wise i am not going to pay any amount which is due from my side, as she has hurt my feelings with her unprofessional way of approaching.

            My Home Loan Account Number is MUMHL15000318. Since 10th Jan 2017 I have asked the L&T Finance team that I want to transfer my loan to other bank and hence help me with the process, I have asked multiple time the Manager Rakesh Popat, but still my work is not done. If it is not doable then I would get it done by raising a police complaint. Failing to respond and act on my complaint will surely lead me to take legal action against L&T Finance because I have already had the financial loss by not switching to other bank due to L&T Finances incompetent management hence I am all set for the legal battle.

              I took a loan for commercial vehicle for rs. 20, 00, 000 and 18, 00, 000 respectively and the same was duly repaid and i have even received no due certificate against both the loan. But as per the cibil report there is showing an overdue amount of rs.4593.00 and 11, 434.00 respectively. Please help and suggest how to get my cibil report corrected as it hampering both the owner and the guarantor.

                  -The rate of the interest charged by L&T Finance is 9.65% p.a which is very high as compared to the market rate 8.50%.
                  -They donot have a proper customer service, and the executives are not well trained and educated about the product and details.
                  -The operational departments are not at all helpful, and respond to mails and queries after several followups.
                  -The service is absolutely poor.
                  -They harass the clients.
                  -No centralized documents centres.

                  Since I have faced a lots of harassment and still struggling with it, I would suggest everyone not to opt for L&T Finance while applying for any kind of loan.

                        I Malkeet Singh decided at Moti Nagar . Somebody has took the auto loan on my behalf . Which i never ever applied for that . I just got my credit report. It show that auto loan was take on 04/05/2012 . I have the account number which helps to find out. Account # is : APC 152028R[protected]
                        Please help me out for this concerns and please remove it from my credit.

                          श्रीमान जी मैनें कार का लोन लिया था मेरा ए जी नं0 1800275 है मेंने जब लोन लिया था 35 किस्‍त के लिये चैक दिये थे जिनमें से 10 चेक समय पर लगें उसके बाद चैक नहीं लगा फिर मुझे बतया गया कि अब आपके केस पेमेन्‍ट करना है तो 15 किस्‍त मेंने केस जमा कराया बरेली बिरार्च में और फिर 10 चेक दिये जो लास्‍ट 10 किस्‍त के लिये जो कि बरेली बिरार्च में देव्ेन्‍द्र सिंह दावरा कहा गया कि आप 10 चेक देदे तो पूरी किस्‍त हो जायेगी। कंपनी दारा नियत दिनांक पर चेक या केस जमा न होने के कारण 600 रूपये की पेनाल्‍टी बना दी गई है। श्री मान जी से यह जानना चाहता हूं कि मैने चेक कंपनी को दिया और कंपनी ने ही उसमें राशि और दिनांक डाली लेकिन नियत दिनांक को बैंक में नहीं पहुचा तो ये किसकी गलती से हुआ है जिसकी पोनाल्‍टी मेरे लिये देने को कहा जा रहा हैं।
                          श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि मुझे यह बताय कि 35 किस्‍त के लिये में 45 चेक दे चुका हूं तो बाकी चेक जो नहीं लगें बो कहा है और चेक समय पर बैक नहीं पहुचा तो इसका भुगतान में क्‍यों करू जबकि पूरे तीन साल के समय में कभी भी मेरे ऐकान्‍ट में रकम कम नहीं रही न ही कोई चेक वाउस हुआ ।

                            Hi,
                            I Abu Talib khan have taken a car loan agreement no 1859122...due to some financial instability i could not make payment on time.
                            But from last 6-7 months my payment is on time via ecs from my given bank details.
                            Now i wish to get rid of all my outstanding as soon as possible and related to that i have send my staff to ur office at Technopolis 7th floor kolkata 91.
                            I was shock to know ur executive named Ranjana Mondol at technopolis office...is most of the time not in the office nd on top of that she is not willing to give the complete answers to my queries, she also said my staff that you dont waste my time nd go and sit outside..i asked my staff to hand over the phone to her so that i could speak...for once she did spoke with me but before my queries were to answered she handed over the phone to my staff.
                            Is this the reason why you have kept staff to insult customers who wish to make payment.
                            Please look into this matter seriously and request you to reply me as soon as possible.

                            Hi,
                            Yesterday i have registered a complain related to bad behaviour o[censored]r executive at Technopolis office.
                            As my staff went to your office yesterday to make payment but your employee informed him that we can not accept current date cheque and you have to give pre dated cheque of 31st Mar 17 or before which my staff could not do because he was not carrying more cheques.
                            They also communicated to my staff that you will have to make cash payment to our collection boy who will visit you tomorrow(07.04.17).
                            I waited for the collection boy of L&T to come for collection but he has not come yet, i have called numerous time at L&T office at Technopolis every time security either not recive the phone or say that Ranjana Mondol whom i want to speak to is not on the table.
                            I also want to inform that the unnecessary charges which is incurring upon me as OD and ODC is mounting day by day.
                            Please look into this matter and reply as soon as possible.

                                I have taken eicher242xtrac tractor finance by l&t finance the finance amount is rs -272250/= i have paid installment rs (9900) regularly but ihave fore close this loan (Agreement no-okg829024f[protected]) on 25/11/2016by the cheque amount rs165000/= but loan account is not close. Company massage me your installment is due. After this one installment rs (9900) deducted by l&t finance company fro my account what is problem i dont now please solve this problem which is created by the company

                                  I had an housing loan with your company from 2014 at bangalore branch, i had to exist from the loan account by closing the loan due to following reasons 1. The time taken to sanction loan was very high.
                                  2. Each disbursement after demand is provided has taken more than 1 month & i was penalized by builder for delay payment by interest.
                                  3. I had been mailing to your customer care as well as the loan account incharge but will not get response at all.
                                  4. The dont have complete information on the loan account & blame us since the information on loan is not update properly in the branch & i had to followup more than 3 to 4 time to your branch to close my loan account to get the fore closure statement.
                                  5. Even after that they had left one more insurance loan account for which i had to pay extra amount to close the account. Since i had no other option i had to clear the amount, which even the loan issuing branch did not provide me.
                                  6. Again now after clearing all the dues as per your requirement the loan closure & noc with documents still not received after 2 weeks.

                                  Its been an experience like going to a government office to get my works done... & we get all the blame from your staff that you should know it... That the answer we get if we ask which have you not provided all the details...
                                  But i never thought l & t group is in such condition...
