महोदय,
मी चैतन्य शामराव अहिरे आपल्या finance company कडून दुचाकी साठी कर्ज घेतले होते मागील महिन्यात पगार न झाल्याने हप्ता भरू शकलो नाही.
आपल्या कडील recovary agent घरी येऊन हुज्जत घालून गाडी उचलण्यासाठी धमकी देत आहे .
घरातल्या स्त्रियांकडे अरेरावी ची भाषा करणे.
कृपया मी माझा हप्ता 31/03/2017 पर्यंत भरून टाकणार आहे
आपणाकडून त्यास समज मिळावी हि विनंती

Some devcon private limited availed loan amounting to rs 60 lacs on my name with support of bm of l& finance from bilapsur branch.
Now i am getting legal notice from l & t its self form paying

and these people are caught by police and the person behind was the bm of l& finance who xeroxed all documents which was submitted for some other finance purpose

I have submitted the Original Bond Certificate, payback filled form and a cancelled cheque through the Speedpost to get back my money. This was in reference to L&T infra 5 year payback offer which was issued by the company in 2011.

But I did not get the money, After enquiry, they are saying they have not received the original bond certificate, as a result of which my request has been rejected.

I have 2 loan account (PUNHL[protected] LTHFL) & (PUNHL[protected] LTHFL )
Both account EMI date is 9 th. but my salary happens on above 13th in every month. Many times i request to Pune branch to change my EMI date to 15 th of every month. But they are not responding. so every month ECS is bouncing & i unnecessarily punished by Rs. 6000/- in last year. This is not good. Many Times I tried to Convey to Recovery team from Pune but they are relate me very rudely.

L& T Finance is not issuing my NOC though I had paid full & Final Amount on 19/11/2016, No proper reply is recd from them. Mr. G PATTABI RAMAN Grievance Redressal Officer never picks his phone D +[protected] given in his signature. When I called customer care they says matter is in GRO department & when i called in GRO department they are saying matter is in GRO Email department & they cannot reply on the matter & asked me to write in mail & they are not replying on it .

I have taken Car loan and in L & T finance agreement No. APC153035R[protected] for my car Toyoto Itios Reg Number TN09 BS 8987.
I have foreclosed the loan 5 months before paying entire money. I am following with them for last 5 months for NOC and finally they issued in 10th Nov 16 only. Very worst service. I was handled by Mr.Murali, [protected] who is very unethical.

And I have confirmed with Mr.Murali for further not to debit any EMI from my account and he confirmed for the same. Now today they have debited Rs.15400/- monthly EMI which i kept it for other loan and it got defaulted.

Please take immediate against this scenario.

I have finance my two wheeler hero splendor plus cast with no. Up16bf8230, my two emi pending due to change my account, but bank not issue new chq. Book of my new account in coporation bank.

I request to you please change my bank account so my emi deducted at time.

And i have told to your branch in bara khamba road, they not change and now i have to pay two month penalty, this is not...

Hi Friends,

In the interest of the public let me share my experience of Housing Loan from L&T.

It is worst experience I ever had, I have taken loan from other banks or institutions as well but this kind of procedures, unacceptable rules, unstructured process, uncultured professionals, never seen.

I was introduced by a person called Shaik Hussain in Bangalore to L&T( Somnath, an executive at L&T), he say they are good, this is the 1st mistake I did here that I believed him thought L&T is not natianalized bank or reputed finance institution to relay on.

Somnath was worst enough with his Loan experience, he was not even having required basic knowledge on processing the loan, well, somehow he got replaced with Sriniavas, no one were able to answer my queries, based on Shaik Hussain's previous experience( loan from Indus Bank) Ijust ignored since I wanted loan at that time.

Srinivas is a kind of person who is always busy after loan is sanctioned, once loan is processed he dissappears, he dont even take our concurrence to put loan tenure, he himself sets the loan tenure based on his understanding, well, let me highlight 2nd mistake here, I still aggreed to continue with L&T because by that I had paid enough money 21, 000/- for loan processing fee.

somehow, loan is sanctioned, a big question where is the DD, when is it reaching me, no idea at all, and we get answer only over message(text message or sms) that to proceed further to registration. 3rd mistake, even after no clarity of DD I did processed my registration date.

Finally Registration date is in front of me, I get message from srinivas that go ahead his Lawyer will come and give DD at the time registration, that lawyer is not at all aware that he should come to registration office, again tension with many followup calls.

7.After many calls finally, I get a time that 1pm Lawyer is reaching he is already on the way, but when we call Lawyer he says I dont know, when we communicate this to Srinivas he says no another lawyer is coming, dont worry go ahead. now its not a mistake I was already a monkey/donkey there, no option except waiting and listening to them.

Dear readers as your guessing says, that lawyer he did not come at all, we get sms that we cannot come at 3:45 pm by that registration people are not clear, we some how managed to convince the seller and got registered our property.

On that day evening, I went to L&T office only, to ask what happened, now new entry, Manjunath Srinivas's Manager who is very good in threatening people and convince the people and bring the people frustration to calm level. he gives some light that we will get or DD somehow, that too after too many arguements he agrees to send his person to our place.

The next day we get our DD, either Manjunath or Srinivas calls for status, I only messaged since they did not take calls, saying that I recieved DD and thanking them.
So Loan taken, story does not end here friends.I start getting mails that on Loan account number, I have a surprise here, there is one more new small baby account is also created as Insurance against my property, which am not all aware, even while signing the loan documents, they include inside it and never explains that they are giving Insurance also,

Call Srinivas to ask this Insurance as usaual he never answers, okay somehow Insurance's premmuim amount not 450 which is neglible at that time I also did not bother, thinking these L&T are sent this another Insurance account by mistake as they were not systematic I thought it s not mine I ignored it.

Now, I need a Khata document to change the ownership in BDA, I called customer care, raised a request, they said it takes 15 working days, this 15 working days is infinite for L&T always, never defined thie 15 working days, . in the meantime I called customer care I get surcastic answer that sir please have patience and wait 15 working days, okay, waited, what happned, customer care said not received, okay we will take a complaint, for processing that complaint it takes 15 working days, again.

till now that request is not answered believe me friends that request is not completed, still in progress.

My story continues my dear friend, what I would to say is PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE LAON FROM L&T, THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS, THEY DON'T ANSWER TO YOUR CALLS, THEY DON'T RESPOND TO YOUR MAILS, THEY DO NOT HAVE STURCTURE PROCESS, THOUGH INDIVIDUALLY GOOD L&T PROCESS MAKES THEM BEING IRRITATED, DON'T APPROACH L&T FOR ANY KIND OF BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS.

I was holding the NCD of L&T 2009 series that matured in 2014. It was in demat format. After the maturity of the NCD, the bonds automatically stopped reflecting in my Demat A/C without me having received the maturity proceeds or the dividends.
After much follow up with the company and their fund managers Linktime, the past dividends (over 4 years) and the principal was finally paid to me in 2016.
However, no questions were answered as to why it was delayed, how the Bond disappeared form my account or what about the loss of interest over last 2 years. My questions to them were -

1) why did it take two years for the refund?
2) And why did the Bond disappear from my demat A/C when I had not been paid?
3) What about the loss of interest?

The company has so far not responded and I intend to take it up with the grievance cell

the loan a/c no APC153040R[protected] of vehical no AP 28 DT 0100 is failed to pay ECS on 5th september but the amount was paid on 9th september at begampet branch hyderabad with a receipt no; D[protected] but again on 12 september L & T finance has passed the cheque through ECS from my bank a/c with a reference no;[protected] with whos concern did L&T finance has attemted second time ECS no person has contacted me for my failure of payment . i want my amount back

I went to orange hero Honda show room in masab tank Hyderabad and I met to Mr shanthosh who came from l& t.. finance office.. he was talked with me very rudly, no proper information giving, no patience notatall, till I didnt got my l&t finance kit I was called him so many times but no response ...
So pls take as a complaint and I hope you can understand our needs so pls solve this problem as soon as possible..

I was issued a loan for a Two Wheeler in the year 2014 against which EMI period started from 03.10.2014 (Rs. 2968/- for 18 months).
But due to some technical fault from your end EMI could not be deducted from my account and against which I had to bear the pain of paying the EMI in cash for 11 months consecutively starting from 03.10.2014 at your beck and call. However for the last 7 months EMI was deducted from my account.
Now...

I Satyananda Laskar from, Guwahati, Assam has complain to you that I asked many times for giving the Clearance Of the Loan no. 1637215. which is already cleared Emi before 2 months ago. But after going to there branch they are giving many times to come, already after asking there 8 times . i will bound to write a complain to you.
Take action immediately, other wise i will go to the court for it.

Myself halima sardar from domjur, howrah. I had a car loan vide application id 1709861 and application no. A22652 of rs. 2, 76, 91.00/-. My installment amount was rs. 6530.00/-. I have already paid entire loan amount rs. 1, 78, 319.00/- on 13th. June, 2016 which refers to your receipt no. D[protected], dt. 13th. June, 2016 and also got noc from your end vide agr. No. 1709861. But due to your unprofessional attitude as well as your unprofessional staffs' the installment amount of rs. 6530.00/- was again debited from my account.In this regard several times i called your customer care number i. E. [protected] and [protected] but till date no positive reply has been given. I would request you to return back my installment amount of rs. 6530.00/- for the month of july, 2016 to my account otherwise i have compel to lodge complaint against you. Dear sir,
This is shear negligence to handicaps at l&t toll plaza panipat on 17/07/2016 at 0030 hrs. When asked for exemption they straight away refused and harassed me by giving the wrong control room number which was tried by me regularly for half an hour. You are requested to enforce the exemption strictly else we will start nation wise protest.

No one is collecting installments of vehical loan. Preson previously collecting installment has changed his profile in company... But company is not responding us nor collecting installment... Day by day intrest is increasing... Loan is taken from uco bank and l&t took initaitive that it will help in financing.. Please resolve our problem... Before 10th of each month we have to submit the installment... But because of no response we are helpless...
