Deepak this side, i have two wheeler loan from l&t in ranchi, jharkhand .

1. I had balance in my account but emi was not deducted and it was later presented to the bank after the Emi date, which lead add in bounce charge and ecs deduction in my account .

2. I have already paid my overdues, when I tried to pay this emi online to avoid last problem it's still showing me overdues and not allowing me to pay emi .

3. Employee who is in office of harmu road, he is too rude and abusive . He says I don't know how this company works and make false statements .

4. I am fed up of this nuisance, and if these will not be fixed i will move to consumer forum to file a case against l&t and their employee because I have all my statement and documents which explains my situation.

          I want file a complain against L&T finance. I’m getting sms everyday in the morning by L&T finance regarding pre approved loan, which i never applied for. I’m attaching screenshots of the sms along with. Please take further action on it.

            I am Mohd Rafi Hussain and I had borrowed a two wheeler loan from l&t finance in the month of oct 2021 of rupees 78, 931 rupees and mandates it for emi amount of 3339 rupees for 30 months. Hence emi start from 3rd December 2021 and I paid it well till 3rd October 2022.             Hi, i request you to please change my two wheeler emi date to 10th of every month as my salary gets credited on 9th. Now my current due date is 3rd and it will create problem.                       The above message is wrongly marked to my number. I have not taken any loan from l& t finance. Kindly look into my matter. If i get an debit for the loan that i have not taken i will go to consumer court and file an case against you. I am under mental stress because of the message. Kindly resolve within 24 hours.

                        Sir I tarun kumar pandey I had taken a bike loan from you, at that time your employee was told that I have a separate account and I will give EMI at the end of the month. It was necessary to take an expired bike, so your employee got a new account from his acquaintance and the same Got the bank check done while I have nothing to do with that bankBecause his branch is far away from my houseStill, I deposit the EMI almost at the end of every month, despite this my overdues increased which was not my fault, I was giving my bank check, still a separate account was opened by your representative
                        And now when your representative misbehaved with me even 1 day late in paying the EMI which is wrong
                        Please determine the correct timing of my overdues and EMIs and take the right decision on this new representative who has hurt my sentiments by humiliating me

                              My emi date every month 3rd, this month September due to finance issue not paid 4102rs consumer loan, they calling me everyday, I said I will pay between 11 to 15/09/22, as per my commitment, I paid online 11/09/22 see the payment photos, next day 12/09/22 again they deducted my amount 4102rs . I am calling same number but they only said next month sure not deduct...
