Deepak this side, i have two wheeler loan from l&t in ranchi, jharkhand .

1. I had balance in my account but emi was not deducted and it was later presented to the bank after the Emi date, which lead add in bounce charge and ecs deduction in my account .

2. I have already paid my overdues, when I tried to pay this emi online to avoid last problem it's still showing me overdues and not allowing me to pay emi .

3. Employee who is in office of harmu road, he is too rude and abusive . He says I don't know how this company works and make false statements .

4. I am fed up of this nuisance, and if these will not be fixed i will move to consumer forum to file a case against l&t and their employee because I have all my statement and documents which explains my situation.

The Company repeatedly send unwanted Promo SMS for loans, despite me being registered for DND.
Please take coercive action against them to stop this.

I want file a complain against L&T finance. I’m getting sms everyday in the morning by L&T finance regarding pre approved loan, which i never applied for. I’m attaching screenshots of the sms along with. Please take further action on it.

I am Mohd Rafi Hussain and I had borrowed a two wheeler loan from l&t finance in the month of oct 2021 of rupees 78, 931 rupees and mandates it for emi amount of 3339 rupees for 30 months. Hence emi start from 3rd December 2021 and I paid it well till 3rd October 2022. On 3rd October emi was bounce and ecs returned due to insufficient funds but on 4th October I paids Emi amount of rupees 3339+ bounce charges of rupees 413 the total is 3752 rupees paid from l&t finance planet app. But they didn't update the whole payment they just update emi amount as paid and let bounce charges due and send ecs request for bounce charges of rupees 413 on 16th October 2022. Despite the full payment was done at the same time on 4th October 2022 they didn't update it and I got ecs return charges of 590 rupees from my bank and still they didn't update payment as paid and sending ecs request, sms and mails for payment. I had mailed them on 10th October 2022 about payment with receipt and loan details and ask them to update the payment but they didn't reply me and continue to sending payment requests. Then I talk to them on phone call said that they can't do anything for this hence the payment is still due on 25th October 2022. So I am complaining here on consumer complaints. My Two Wheeler Loan Account No is T[protected] from l&t finance limited. And payment receipt no paid by me is O[protected] which is paid on 4th October 2022. I am attaching photos for loan details and payment proof. Kindly help me in this fraud payment matter.

Hi, i request you to please change my two wheeler emi date to 10th of every month as my salary gets credited on 9th. Now my current due date is 3rd and it will create problem. So i request you to pease change the date in which case all the emi will be paid on time. It will be really great if it is done now as i am still waiting for my salary to credited in my account.My Loan Account Number is T[protected].

I have sold my house and cleared the home loan part but the insurance amount is left and its emi is 3.5 k but due to bad financial condition I cant pay the loan. Loan Account number is H[protected]

The Loan no. TI[protected], I paid emi for this month but, l&t finance send me a message for bounce charges of 413 rs. I Paid all my emi on time so why they apply these charege,

Ajay Bidwe customer in lthfl Aurangabad and my Two-W loan disbursement date is 5th Oct 2022 date at the time of loan sanctioning the company representative explained that, soon i will receive a welcome kit from the company with sanction letter but still not yet received sanction letter and welcome kit so requesting to issue the above documents so, that i can submit the documents in to my office. and Daulat salve Not Good Man From l and t finance this man very misguiding man resctret man...

The above message is wrongly marked to my number. I have not taken any loan from l& t finance. Kindly look into my matter. If i get an debit for the loan that i have not taken i will go to consumer court and file an case against you. I am under mental stress because of the message. Kindly resolve within 24 hours.

Sir I tarun kumar pandey I had taken a bike loan from you, at that time your employee was told that I have a separate account and I will give EMI at the end of the month. It was necessary to take an expired bike, so your employee got a new account from his acquaintance and the same Got the bank check done while I have nothing to do with that bankBecause his branch is far away from my houseStill, I deposit the EMI almost at the end of every month, despite this my overdues increased which was not my fault, I was giving my bank check, still a separate account was opened by your representative
And now when your representative misbehaved with me even 1 day late in paying the EMI which is wrong
Please determine the correct timing of my overdues and EMIs and take the right decision on this new representative who has hurt my sentiments by humiliating me

L&T finance they calling and sending messages daily. I don't enquiry any loan from them, they irritating me daily.

My 2 wheeler l&t loan is been going on and i have paid all my loans on time but then too I'm getting a call of your emi has been bounce and you have to pay an overdue charges of 1239 how is that possible I contacted the customer service they are saying it's and ecs charges but I have paid my emi on time then too please look after this matter ASAP my mobile no [protected]

My emi date every month 3rd, this month September due to finance issue not paid 4102rs consumer loan, they calling me everyday, I said I will pay between 11 to 15/09/22, as per my commitment, I paid online 11/09/22 see the payment photos, next day 12/09/22 again they deducted my amount 4102rs . I am calling same number but they only said next month sure not deduct...

Some body use my fake documents and mobile number to get loan of Rs. 7 lakh and L&T send me OTP for approved loan but I do not want any kind of loan and I have not applied for any kind of loan so if someone take loan in behalf of me so I am not responsible for that

My name is Akhil Aravind, I am getting OTP message and Pre Approval message from LT Finance on my mobile device.
I don't have any connection with LT finance it term of any loan.
I didn't process any Personal loan or Pre approval loan from LT finance.
