My salary comes on every month 10 and my two-wheeler loan comes on every month 3 I am not able to manage please change the date every month I can fill in 12

I am Manas Baruah from Assam. Have paid my loan for two wheeler. And remaining bounce charges was made me paid as a one time settlement. Where as i paid the settlement money and in the receipt its clearly written money paid for settlement. But i am getting calls from Calcutta And asking for money. Kind request to give me my NOC....

Mis deducted money from my bank account

I have two wheeler loan taken from your ltfs.
Totaly 30 instalment.
May 2022 i have completed 21insalmet emi for ECS deducted from my account.
My emi loan amount is is Rs:5055.
EMI Date 3rd June 2022
My account balance is 3.6.2022 Rs:5462. Time on 17.54 pm
On 3.6.22 your June 2022 due emi loan amount Rs 5055 is insufficient so deducted from Rs 590 through ecs time is 21.13 pm said bank manager. but my balance is 5462 time on 17.54 pm
Then 8.6.2022 another Rs 309.26 and 9.6.2022 Rs 280.74.totaly Rs 590 deducted from my account and credited to your account Total Rs 590.00
Then two times your office staff called send rs 413 to your account for check bounce .
what check why bounce .I don't know.
I have sent bank statement and loan details.

pls note bank statement.so pls refund my money. Total amount Rs :1180 refund my account.pls do it .

Every month 3rd rs 5055 is my emi
Emi rules as 2days before sent alert sms regarding for no insufficient balance to the loan taker from your finance office.but my loan beginning month of October 2020 to upto previous month no any alert message received from you to my mobile number [protected], and regarding for this message no email to receive my email.

We would like to inform u that one o[censored]r employee is talking very very bad words with a lady.. first of all I am not ur customer my brother has took bike in ur finance he didn't paid 2 months emi so there is a way to convince the customer to pay the emi but one of that stupid employee is talking very very bad words with me...no emi in my name then y he should talk with me...i will not leave this I will give...

Today without applying the loan received the OTP from L&T finance.

I did not apply for any loan in L&T. But I've received the OTP for a loan application. Someone is using my personal details. Kindly remove my details...

Suddenly I got OTP from L&T Finance LTD. saying "xxxxxx is the one time OTP for your loan application with L&T Finance". After some time I got another SMS, saying "It's a delight to have you on board."... I never applied for any kind of loan, then why I'm getting these?

I have taken a loan from L&T a year back and have regularly been paying my EMI on time, Unfortunately, I fell short of money this month and haven't been able to pay the EMI this month and have missed the date for emi, and now i am getting harassment calls from L&T customer care. where the lady is harassing me and using ridiculous terms like "If you cant pay, then why you take loans" "Aukat nai to kis liye loan liya"?

This is utterly rubish and unprofessional from there side.

Kindly help me to figuring this out and make a complaint against the lady who kept calling me.

My bond matured on 10 jan 2022 and i haven't received the matured amount

I am being harassed to take loans from them. And today they are sending OTP for loan application, which I have not requested or given consent to. Please help.

I am facing serious harassment from this sender to take pre-approved personal loans. Sometimes they also send OTP saying this is the OTP for your loan application when I haven't applied any. Such nonsense. Please stop these people. The senders are AD-LNTFIN and GM-LNTFIN

I strictly urge the company to look after this, as I am receiving OTP for loan application the same attached with this application. I have never applied loan in your company. I clearly see the misusing the personal details. Kindly take a action comply with the same, if this still persist will further take this to cyber crime for misusing the personal details.

Interest rate was 7.15 emi was around 18000, paid 1180 to reduce it to 6.75 emi should have been lower than 18000 however for the month of July 2022 you guys deducted 31400 from my account, post checking with you I was informed that will have to get it rectified.

Previous repayment schedule shows 31400 for July and now when I see it shows 19000, why did you take out 31400 from my account you should have only taken out 19000 I had other dues to be cleared, I had my daily expenses which got compromised who will compensate for the mistake that you guys did, I have other bills to be paid which got skipped as you guys took additional 10000 from my account.

I had signed for nanche mandate that do not give you authority to take out any amount from my account.

I need this corrected asap I had raised this concern on 2nd July today is 13th July and still I am waiting for the access amount taken by you to be credited or any resolution to my complaint.

I would also need an apology for the mistake you guys did with a compensation for the torture that I had to go because you your technical mistake.
