I am constantly getting 5-6 automated calls everyday from L&T finance company regarding their personal loan which I never needed or ever enquired from them. I am harrassed with their constant callings and it has seriously affected my mental health as well. They should be penalized for this activity as I can see that lot of other people also are affected by their marketing approach on twitter as well. I have been constantly putting their number on blocked list but it's too much I just can't do this forever and L&T needs to STOP RIGHT NOW

Payment done but representitive calling more and more
MY EMI date is 3rd of Every monthin my TW loans but L&T castomers are calling for payment in every month 25th to 6th. Thats why i am paid every emi early as your representive says but in this month i have already paid EMI in 30/01/2023. But still recived so much call sand message from you AND THAY SAYS PAYENT IS NOT UPDATED I HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENT NOW AND PREVIOUS PAYMENT WILL BE AJDUSTED IN LAST EMI. Kindly solve this issue

Harassment: by calling frequently everyday and forcing for personal loan.
Once I asked for a query about the personal loan and then I told them that I was not interested because of the high interest rates. Since then they started calling me frequently around 10 times a day. I told them if they don't stop harrassing me with their phone calls, I would file a complaint. But it was in vain. Still I am receiving the calls.

I brought a vehicle with the help of L&T Finance Loan and i have to pay the EMI of Rs 3494 by 3rd of every month for 24 months.
I use to keep enough amount in my bank for EMI as I am aware of the loan.
Every month after having of enough amount in the bank i get due and the last emi - the month of february emi which has to be deducted on[protected] it has to be deducted
I have kept the enough amount for the Emi and in spite of that they charged Rs.590 three times in the name of due.
If I call the customer care number there will be no response from their side as it will not connect. i have tried calling them millions of times but it is always same.

If i call the Customer care number i dont have any response.
But from the 18th of every month they gonna torture the customer by calling them 5-10 times every day.
They want Emi which will be present in the bank but they deduct the due.
so I present here my complaint.

I have availed a personal loan from your organisation and the first EMI date was on 3/12/22. But on the due date my EMI was not debited. So I contacted your costumer service centre and a person named Rupak informed me through email and whatsapp that it was an error of the operation department . In my account details instead of my Axis Bank account the operation team has given someone else's Indian Bank account number. But now when I download loan statement from the planet application it is shown that the EMI is bounced on 3/12/22.My point is that being your mistake how could you update on my account details that the EMI is bounced and Rs. 1 overdue in my loan account. This will affect my CIBIL score and When I apply for a loan in some other bank they will consider my history as having a non-starter case and DPD in this account .
When I complained Mr. Rupak had informed through watzapp that there will not be any overdue and bounce in my statement as this happened out of the mistake of your operation staff. Even after sending complaints regarding the the usage "bounce" and "overdue" in my statement, there is no response from the part of your customer service centre. A customer should not suffer out of your negligence. It is not a trustworthy service on the part of your organisation that you were unable to find a solution to a complaint mail send to you on December 3. My only mistake in this case is availed a personal loan from your organisation. This will be the first and last experience

Sir I had purchase consumer loan (C[protected]) nd it's my 5th due and i was late because of office not provided salary on time as i am working in pvt co. As ur collection agent ([protected])came i requested to collect amt this month end. He talked Abuse langauge use (Bhikarchot says to me) After that one call came from office i didn't attend as i am in office. I said mind ur language.. She said i talk like this with fraud stupid kind of person... I said i have ur record and i compliant to police... And ur office.. For that she said first u pay amt then go any where i don't care.. Fraud and also some bad words in Marathi.. My question is are you people giving such training to those agent. Because without any authority no one dare to talk and abuse like this.. See ur staff duty is to collect information and to collect money and if cheque bounce u charge extra money if delay for that you charge extra.. From all corner you are in safety side and not in loss.think about us. Abusing people never know the value of request... They just need to achieve their target given by company.. And last question if i paid my due then what should i say to that lady fraud then i am paid this due ... Cheap worst staff of l&t finance... I just written to u to know about ur reputation in market because of this kind of staff's and also collection agents... Teach them some manners.. One person taking finance mean his capacity is not much so he asking loan from company like u and other. Accoding to that u people have to behave and act... Our silent is not our weakness... This is ridiculous as I have not taken any loans from the company. So please resolve this matter immediately or I will take legal action.
