Hi, i request you to please change my two wheeler emi date to 10th of every month as my salary gets credited on 9th. Now my current due date is 3rd and it will create problem. So i request you to pease change the date in which case all the emi will be paid on time. It will be really great if it is done now as i am still waiting for my salaty to credit

Its creacting so many problems for me, I had to take a loan from my friends to pay EMI and so many problems. So I request you to please change the date, so that I keep paying EMI, without any problems. In that case, all the EMI will be paid on time. Their employees are doing fraud in customer by editing the customer documents of kyc this is spoiling the market of other companies, they are giving loan to people not eligible, theeir employees sitting at honda showroom are doing so, their managers also support them

I have not taken any loan from l&t finance company and I keep on getting calls and messages from this company like one time password and they are issuing loan which I have not taken as I don't need any loan...

I took a two wheeler loan and cleared it on time so lnt finance offered me a personal loan.
I took it but due to health issue in family I failed to pay emi on time.

Now recovery team don't want to listen anything.they just want payment now .

I was your valuable customer I request you to give me some time . I will clear my emi as soon as possible please give me some time.

I had applied for consumer loan loyalty on 23rd April 2022 but due to some IFSC errors my loan amount was delayed and I had to place for a request for the correction of IFSC code but after everything was done the customer executive told me to wait for 5-7 working days. I kept on waiting and then they were still unable to disbursed my amount despite all the bank details I had provided. I then made a complaint again which they later repeated by saying to wait for 5 more days and then as of 19th May 2022, I still haven't received the amount yet even after waiting for the disbursement process. I have lost my patience and will finally have to cancel it if the problem isn't resolved by 20th May 2022 as promised by the customer executive via email. Consumer Loan ID: C[protected]

This is depressing for someone who requested for a loan in times o[censored]rgency but then it's too late now. I had to go apply through local banks.

Loan amount Rs 75, 00, 000/- and requested for closure of the loan on 13th April and given written request and submitted at Ranigunj, Secunderabad branch to process on priority front office executive has told me it will take 12 working days I said why so many days he said after your request our retaintion team will call and take the reason for closure and FC statement will send to your mail ID then only you can close I said why can’t you arrange a call or meet them in person to get the statement he said you will get a call immediately and I will process on priority I have waited till 22nd April I have not received any call then I called customer care and enquired about my request surprisingly I came to know that my request is not processed then again I requested them to take request and process on priority at last I got a call on 23rd April from L&T team and clearly informed that I sold the property and I have to go for registration then they told we can’t accept any foreclosure between 25th to 7th then I said why this is not informed on day one when I submitted the request on 13th April and I had been asked to clear the EMI on 2nd May where I have paid interest of Rs 1595/- per day without any fault of mine and at last after so many follow ups and request I got FC statement on 6th May and given the cheques and asked them to clear them on priority and I got the clearance message on 10th May again I called up and asked when I will get my documents then they informed it will take 21 working days again I requested them pls process on priority as I have kept the registration on 20th May as per the agreement then Mr Vijay Sr customer executive has told me that as special case we will process it today 18th May I called up to customer care to check the status of my request surprisingly I came to know that my account is still in active same story they are saying it will take 21days here my query is when I have given the request on 13th April for FC statement why they need 12 working days to provide FC statement and why it is not informed that they will not take any foreclosure between 25th to 7th which lead to delay in getting my documents and as per my agreement with the buyer am supposed to go for registration on 20th May if I fail to do the registration I will be in loss of Rs 20, 00, 000/- who is going to take the responsibility of delay in process and proper communication?
