Lucknow Nagar Nigam — garbage collection once a week or once in two weeks

I am resident of srinagar colony near madiyao police station, sitapur road facing issue related to garbage collection. Everyone in this colony is paying monthly wages to nagar nigam for garbage collection but the employes of nagar nigam who collect garbage from srinagar colony, mohibillapur don't pick garbage daily and even they don't clean the gutter. Since 10 days no one has come to pick my garbage. On asking them also they don't show any interest. They come once in a week and always ask to increase their wages but are not regular. Please take the necessary steps required for the above as everyone in this area is disturb by their behaviour. And due to this people throw garbage in vacant plots making the area unhygenic and unfit for us to live.
