Street light (Halogen) in front of house no. 2/37 vikas nagar, lucknow was out of order for the last 2 months.in spite of several complaints lodged with the concerned authorities on phone, no action had been taken.
When i launched my complaint on https://www.consumercomplaints.in action has been taken & street light was repaired but after 1 week it stopped working again.
I am regularly following up the matter with the incharge of street light department of nagar nigam, lucknow on their public mobile phone number provided but i receive only assurances.
Please do the needful.

Updated by dr_asheesh It's now 20 days have been passed but no step has been taken to repair street light. Shame on Lucknow Nagar Nigam.
