I had purchased luminous inverter in year 2018 nov. It's shows wrong indication of lef over electricity timing. Repeated complaints and no response from luminous. Every time technician comes and says that this is having genuine problem and need replacement and he will escalate the case however without informing me they close the case. Repeated mails from my side are sent but no responce by luminous. Every time technician comes and hit and trial is applied. They changed cooling fan then display however the issue is same and now their technical team is not responding. Need your help. Please look into the matter

Thnku so much what a nice gesture where individual saying issue not resolved however luminous saying it is resolved . Affected person not knowing but rest other knowing. Thanku catch you all in consumer forum

Dear luminous kindly extend my complement for a leading inverter brand of India. Considering the service support and customer friendly environment I can only guess the future of luminous.hope you will not fall as sukam fell down even being the initial and big brand name. Comming to meet of matter I had purchased zelio+ one year before and since it's purchase am getting one or other complaints.firstly it's digital display is not at all functioning properly.at time it shows full charge and once you start using it for hours it will show full charge and then suddenly it will show 6 den again 3 all aronious reading.previously also I had reported the fault but technician comes and gives all fake gen as chage fully den discharge three times and then it will start giving correct reading. Once I did this then he told try for some more time and finally that I have to take it with me.so you have to wait and live without inverter. For that he even don't know the timeline.i told that the item is in replacement warranty please change it. He is convinced that there is a problem but he will not do anything. So I left the iption. Further now within one year situation has come where it has started charging the battery . It shows full charge and once light goes off it start blowing low battery siran . I have done a complaint 4 days back but till date no technical team has come. Today I got a call from a technician but he asked kya hua inverter ko. When I asked pls come and check he said dekhta hun aata hun. What a great responce. Surely heading for a trouble. This kind of attitude may not affect the turnover of luminous but surely in long term will affect the credibility of comapny. Pls look in to the matter seriously. And get the item replaced

Despite all these conversations and repeated mails they are least interested in resolving the issue.
