I had purchased luminous inverter in year 2018 nov. It's shows wrong indication of lef over electricity timing. Repeated complaints and no response from luminous. I had raised a complaint on 2nd June 2016 that my inverter has an issue .Today is 16th June and to my frustration not even a single support person has come to even check what the issue is.

I have got several calls ..but they ask me whether the issue is with inverter/battery etc...which ideally is their job to figure out...and ultimately after those useless calls no one turns up to check the inverter.Thank God I didn't take...

I had purchased one invertor with battery ( both Luminous) of your company last April (2007), This year April 2008 the battery blasted causing a huge commotion with a acid like liquid substance flowing out of it which helped in decolouring my wall tiles, when contacted the dealer, he directed the company service engineer for inspection(held in May). I am very much unsatisfied from the service been provided by Fast Track On Road Help Line. I had registered my Bike (Unicorn) with Fast track. Today got punchered arounf 8 AM and I called Help line nos. Firstly there was delay in picking up the phones and then they ensured that within 25 - 30 minuts help line will reach your place. But I waited till 8.55AM there was no responce from Fast Track and around 9.50AM got call...
