I'd purchased a Sony mdr xd150 headphone from www.luxehues.com on 24th february 2017, (order number LXOD56837 ) worth Rs.1500.
I haven't received my ordered item after 50 days. Contacted more than 50 times to their customer service department. But not received a genuine reply. Every time they're saying today will be shipped my item, but it's never happened. Finally I canceled my order THROUGH customer care dept, but again they're cheating, and asking excuses. This site has no cancellation procedure, hence I this its spam site. So please don't purchase from this site

Which number did you try for their customer complaints, their customer care section seems to be not working.

Please do not buy from this site, after paying amount they will not respond either mails or calls. Even customer care numbers also diverted to voice message.

Please dont buy.

Same is happening with me. They are not responding to calls, mails. I had placed orders in Jan. Not yet delivered or refunded
