[Resolved] Maccaron — Item not shipped after 2 weeks/ not refunding money either

They overcharged me by 500 more. They don't cancel the order, instead copy paste the same reply over and over instead of trying to help. and when i try to track the order it says it won't be shipped unless i upload my aadhar card with all the numbers visible. which online shopping site does that. I've started to believe they scam after 2 to 3 orders after they gain your trust. nobody should do the mistake o[censored]ploading your government ID proofs.

Update : After pestering them for 2 weeks, someone got back to me and said they will cancel my order and refund the money. Hence closing this.
