    Dear sir/mam

    We have sent a courier with Doct. no. P[protected] on 14th of July from Sagar MP. It reached at your Gurgaon Facility on 17th of July. Then after regular follow ups it on 27th of July (Today) 10 days to your facility to make it out for delivery. It was there at your gurgaon facility for 10 days. Till now didn't receive it.
    This is a corporate parcel and delay of one day also matter here.
    Please explain why our company use your services in future. The complaint no. [protected] is of no use. Nobody picks a call ever. this no. is also given by your employee.

        Mene Mere document ka courier Burhanpur send kiya tha par bahut time ho gya send nahi kiya gya or kaafi time ho jaane ke baad parcel return kar diya gya. I hate your service I will never use Madhur courier service.

          I have booked one parcel from jaipur to Ahmedabad. The person asked to collect parcel from office or pay extra charges for delivery.
          It was urgent so we paid extra charges and taken delivery.
          But it is not justified what is the meaning of courier if we have to collect from office.
          I want full refund of charges or I will go to consumer court.

            My courier is delivery on 8/7/21 from Ludhiana, and on 12/7/21 it’s in ujjain which is 36 kms away but when i call agent they told me I can’t deliver this to your destination. After long talk she accepted to deliver my courier and then courier is delivered to indore destination on 17/7/21 and still it is their, and no phone number available on internet, kindly solve my problem this is the worst service i have ever had

                I booked a parcel ([protected]) on 13.07.21 from your office Gita Bhawan Chauraha Indore, to deliver at Chhatarpur address. But it is still not delivered till date. I was expected to reach on 15.07.21 as told by indore office.I have sent some important documents to submit in SDM office on 16.07.21.Delayed delivery affects image of your services.

                        On dated 22.03.2021 we had sent a courier to Pune (MH) vide docket no. [protected] from Siyaganj branch, but till date we are unable to track this courier & sender is also unable to inform the same.
                        I also tracking many times but it does not track & shown online INDORE / MUMBAI THEN MUMBAI / INDORE.
                        I tried so much times to contact Mumbai person but contact number also wrong given. I am very unhappy sir from your services.

                              courier address instead of this courier is hold with Khargone office and then without informing me the just return the document then i had make call to Khargone office the told they have the document to indore and when i make call to Indore office they responses me that will send your document to sanawad office then i through I'll collect document from sanawad
                              But on today when i visited sanawad office they told me your document is here

                                My Uncle has sent the parcel from madhur courier service in bhopal to delhi on 29th june 2021. But today is 13th July 2021, i didn't receive my parcel yet. The Cnote Reference provided by Madhur courier services is

                                        The said parcel was booked on June 29th, 2021 and still undelivered although it was assured to me that the normal delivery period is 3-4 working days. Has perishable items worth INR 3000 and Madhur Courier will be held accountable and will have to pay the amount to me in case of any eventuality. What makes the matter worse is in spite of calling the booking agent 100 times, I have not been given any updates. Today when I called up the customer Care Number of Madhur, was told by Rahul Sharma that the parcel hasn't been delivered because INR 25 is pending. Wonder who is supposed to pay??? Why no intimation to me???? I have paid the amt and have the receipt too??? Pathetic is not the word.
