My Uncle has sent the parcel from madhur courier service in bhopal to delhi on 29th june 2021. But today is 13th July 2021, i didn't receive my parcel yet. The Cnote Reference provided by Madhur courier services is
[protected]. But after so manys days i didn't get my parcel. Kindly take appropriate action on this.

In Sidhi district, courier services are not provided at the right time, it was discussed many times with the service provider owner that the courier should be delivered to the house, yet neither the courier is delivered to the house nor is it informed by phone, so on necessary correspondence. has negative effect. My courier number [protected] was sent from Jabalpur on 6/7/2021 which did not reach till today....

My package P[protected] has been delivered in Madhur courier office on 3rd of June 2021 & today is 6th of June, still I'm not getting my courier. The office person is also not responding.which type of service you providing....

The said parcel was booked on June 29th, 2021 and still undelivered although it was assured to me that the normal delivery period is 3-4 working days. Has perishable items worth INR 3000 and Madhur Courier will be held accountable and will have to pay the amount to me in case of any eventuality. What makes the matter worse is in spite of calling the booking agent 100 times, I have not been given any updates....

Person choses private courier for fast and quick service. However on the contrary at kawardha, they don't deliver same day. If we call them they say you can pick if its Urgent. Make several excuses, they have no time and shall be delivered when we have a time . Totally arrogant behaviour. Needs to take corrective action customers are suffering for their bad service. The parcel has been received from Raipur but not updated in tracking site....

My parasol is missing madhure courier side Indore to Dehli delivery and tracking number are writing is worng number so not tracking my parasol...

My consignment # P[protected] has arrived in regional office on 17th June however the partner has not attempted the delivery and upon calling them they make excuse of no delivery guy or no vehicle and asked me to come and collect it.

This is not the first time and i have faced the similar issue 6-7 months back tooo.

Firstly this thing has happened twice..garments in the parcel were destroyed completely..it was a very expensive dress..parceled on 22nd May and after making 100s of calls I got back in such condition that you can't keep it..now I want you guys to pay me back..I want my 2100 from you guys...you destroyed my suit completely..such an unprofessional behavior you showed..### about your profile which you display on website...

As it was an urgent parcel so we went on 15 th june to collect the parcel at the regional office at kota, Rajasthan by ourselves. The staff behaviour was too bad and when my father told her that you always didn't give delivery at home like for the previous parcels and she said that you only hire the boy for me to deliver the parcel and started...

I have infrom to you I have book a courier at 01.06.2021 from Jabalpur to sehore Courier no is [protected] date 01.06.21 but now till date the courier is not delivered I have visit the sehore branch and enquiry the above courier but not any proper response.
