Dear Sir,
On dated 22.03.2021 we had sent a courier to Pune (MH) vide docket no. [protected] from Siyaganj branch, but till date we are unable to track this courier & sender is also unable to inform the same.
I also tracking many times but it does not track & shown online INDORE / MUMBAI THEN MUMBAI / INDORE.
I tried so much times to contact Mumbai person but contact number also wrong given. I am very unhappy sir from your services.

Kindly update & look in to this matter.

Sir this is Siddharth Soni my friend courier the document with your courier company but courier didn't come to
courier address instead of this courier is hold with Khargone office and then without informing me the just return the document then i had make call to Khargone office the told they have the document to indore and when i make call to Indore office they responses me that will send your document to sanawad office then i through I'll collect document from sanawad
But on today when i visited sanawad office they told me your document is here
So sir plz try to solve this problem document are to important for me

My Uncle has sent the parcel from madhur courier service in bhopal to delhi on 29th june 2021. But today is 13th July 2021, i didn't receive my parcel yet. The Cnote Reference provided by Madhur courier services is
[protected]. But after so manys days i didn't get my parcel. Kindly take appropriate action on this.

In Sidhi district, courier services are not provided at the right time, it was discussed many times with the service provider owner that the courier should be delivered to the house, yet neither the courier is delivered to the house nor is it informed by phone, so on necessary correspondence. has negative effect. The said parcel was booked on June 29th, 2021 and still undelivered although it was assured to me that the normal delivery period is 3-4 working days. Has perishable items worth INR 3000 and Madhur Courier will be held accountable and will have to pay the amount to me in case of any eventuality. What makes the matter worse is in spite of calling the booking agent 100 times, I have not been given any updates. Today when I called up the customer Care Number of Madhur, was told by Rahul Sharma that the parcel hasn't been delivered because INR 25 is pending. Wonder who is supposed to pay??? Why no intimation to me???? I have paid the amt and have the receipt too??? Pathetic is not the word.

Person choses private courier for fast and quick service. However on the contrary at kawardha, they don't deliver same day. If we call them they say you can pick if its Urgent. Make several excuses, they have no time and shall be delivered when we have a time . Totally arrogant behaviour. Needs to take corrective action customers are suffering for their bad service. The parcel has been received from Raipur but not updated in tracking site.

My parcel from nagpur delivered on 25th reached in bhopal by 28th since than it's there only...today it's 2nd July n still no whereabouts parcel.

The laptop received was completely damaged. Shattered completely. I am highly disappointed. The local courier owner is behaving very unprofessional. Not even ready to acknowledge the complaint. My consignment # P[protected] has arrived in regional office on 17th June however the partner has not attempted the delivery and upon calling them they make excuse of no delivery guy or no vehicle and asked me to come and collect it.

This is not the first time and i have faced the similar issue 6-7 months back tooo.

I would request you to please look into it, the regional office very smartly played this card knowing sunday would be lockdown here and they get one more day.
