My courier has been dispatched on 11th august 2018 from tikamgarh mp.
It was told in 4-5 days it will be delivered to me. Today it is 15 days and it is not delivered. It is in bangalore madhur courier service.

Daily this person make some false argument and updated with false information, i am calling him passed 10 days and he is not delivering my courier.

I have sent rakhi's from nagpur to ghaziabad (U. P.) in an envelope. On the way for its delivery, someone changed the rakhi's. The courier was sent on august 20, 2018 and reached ghaziabad on august 25, 2018. It was already open and the rakhi's were changed. We send our love and affection for our loved ones and these people play with our emotions. Also when i told the madhur courier office staff in nagpur so the person started shouting and did not listen to my grievance. Horrible service and horrible staff

I go every day in their office every time they said that we called you when your item reached. Sometime they said that you wrote wrong address on it. Sometime they said that you get the claim of your item when they reply our email.

I have booked a courier which consists of about 1 lack rupees of original bills and the original TADA documents.

My Doc No. is [protected]. This courier is booked from Burhanpur(Madhya Pradesh) to Ahmedabad(Gujrat). Date of booking is 29 June 2018.

I call to the customer care and they register my complaint, but not providing me any information after two days also. The courier person from Burhanpur is also telling lie to me again and again and not giving any proper response. I am really in a big trouble.

Please help me. This is very serious matter for me and my company and I am very much disappointing from such courier service providers.

My courier remains in Ahemdabad for 10 days and after that no one knows where it goes?

I have shared all the pics.

I have booked 2 couriers (Rakhi) from raipur on 16th august in madhur courier (Office address of madhur courier is behind babylon hotel, station road, raipur). The courier which was booked for delhi (Pod no. - [protected]) is showing in the site that it will be delivered today (I;e 23rd august) but the other courier which was booked for darbhanga, bihar not showing any status in site (When we search for pod no.[protected] it shows not available in the status) since yesterday evening i have been continuous calling in madhur courier office but no body is picking my phone, we have paid for the courier service but response is very very poor. Pl look into the matter

Booked a parcel for MP Khategaon Location from Kota on 09/08/2018. But still I have not received Parcel no. -[protected], it's a very Very urgent docs and also I have already loss book without this docs, and I don't know where is my docs, if you not deliver in 2 or three days I take legal action for my financial Loss.

Madhur curior se maine 18 aug2018 ko rakhi ka envelope send karwaya tha greater noida..
20 aug 2018 ko envelope noida pahucha.. Wahan se madhur service walo ne bhaiya ko call karke kaha k apka curior yaha aaya hai le jayiye..
Jab aap exact address tak nai bhej sakte to kyu parcel lete hai fir? Jitna charge apne bataya humne diya fir aapne given address greater noida tak kyu nahi pahuchaya?
Paise lene me sabse aage service me aise natak dikhate hain.
Plz request hai all consumer se.. Koi b. Madhur service se saman na bhijwaye.

They are really the worst courier service in india, rakhi is a love bonding festival of brother and sister and they stole my rakhis from the pack and replace them with cheap 2 rs rakhi.. And pack the envelope again
And for some parcel they just stole half the rakhis and pack the envelope again..
How can anybody do this, how can anybody dont understand a sister sensiment attached with the rakhi.. A brother is waiting for her sister’s rakhi..
And they just stole the rakhi.. Madhur has the most unprofeesional staff and also the thief..

We send a parcel - 2 top and 1 jean
This parcel is for Kanpur, we send that from Aligarh to Kanpur on 31/07/2018 but still they didn't not deliver that parcel at Kanpur and no suitable and about the parcel
Plz let us know about the parcel and punish them

The parcel was delivered from delhi to jammu on 7/08/2018 but did not received by me till 11 of august when i check the status it shows that parcel send to patna instead of jammu in that parcel there are some brakeable things if those things were broke who will be responsible for that plz send the parcel in write place and in write time with safety. When i check the status it show that parcel send to patna instead of jammu. I call b. O c212/1 ground floor behind hotel maya palace phase 2, mayapuri, new delhi mobile no, [protected]. But he says that it is wrongly shows patna instead of jammu my tracking id p[protected] when i call to jammu madhur courier he did not pick my call in a single time

Tum apni company hi band kar do jab service hi nahi de sakte. Matlab koi sharm lihaj nahi hai ki kiss ko thik se ans de do paise to pure lete ho na kis baat ke lete ho vaise. It i ghatiya service nahi dekhi aaj tak. Aur jo worker's rakhte ho wo anpadh ganwaro type bast karte hain jaise unko koi matlab nahi kisi chiz ki jimmedari nahi. Docket no aur baki info tab mangna jab meri complain ka reply do. Tum logo ka to sab kaam band ho jana chahiye pata nahi govt ne license kyu diya

As i have send a courier to dehradun sudhowala from delhi kalkaji branch on 31/7/18 but after 8 days on 7/8/18 it's not even delivered even the pod no they provide me are wrong. I can't even track my packet. When i am tracking it it's not showing anything on their official website the worst courier service ever would never recommend this to anyone. The courier guy who picked my courier i called him daily he just says your package would be delivered today. Saying same thing from last 4 days

My wife sent a courier from guna (Madhya pradesh) to faizabad (Uttar pradesh) on 26th july 2018. The courier was containing the registration certificate, insurance and transportation papers of my bike as my bike was transported from guna to faizabad through train.
Online update is saying that the courier is out from lucknow to faizabad but till today (3rd of august 2018) it is not received in the faizabad branch. On inquiry from lucknow office[protected] they are not giving the real information. Sometimes they are saying that it is out to faizabad, sometimes we'll call you in a while and never call back.
My bike is at railway station and it is costing rs. 10/- charge per hour. Since 31st july 2018, rs. 720/- has been due on me just because the delay of this silly courier company. Please suggest and help

C note no. P[protected], i have booked this parcel from nagpur on 30th july 2018 when it was promised that it will be delivered on 01st august 2018, but now when i talk them they it will be delivered on 02nd august 2018 and also behaving rudely.

They have charged rs. 100 extra as compared to other and still they are saying that delivery will be delayed.

I am going against your mis deed to consumer forum.

Updated by Shivam Khursija Sir i book a courier on 27/06/2018 from panipat to Chandigarh but till Now I don't received the parcel and when on 06/07/2018 parcel come to me it was badly damaged from your side then I refused to receive because it is not usable for me in defective condition.

I complained again and again because there is nothing reply from your side I last request you to solve my problem or otherwise I submitted a complaint in consumer court or in a police. For misbehavior and harassment and loss handle by me.
