Hi have sent an express parcel from indire to gurugram they told me it will be delivered next day but still after three days that parcel is not delivered. I am highly disappointed by this as it was perishable item which has to be deliver withing maximum two days

The courier with C-Note number P[protected] was received in indore by your employee on 30th march but is still not delivered to respective location. The Bhopal office is saying contact indore office, delivery boy Om Prakash on calling is saying come and pick it yourself I am very busy. Also trying to contact Sanjeev ji sharma on the contact number received by tracking the order and no one is picking up. Some urgent supplies need to be delivered and the company employees are behaving like this. If the company is to able to deliver on their promis of timely delivery they should remove it from the website and give disclaimer before taking any payment.
Kindly solve the issue within a day as the parcel is urgently needed. If needed I could complain in consumer forum as well but first wanted to get it in notice of managers on how their employees are performing.
Kindly deliver the parcel by 3rd April, 2022 because if managers are also ignoring this then it's better to provide reviews on bad service in multiple platforms and file complain in consumer forum.

I book my parcel on 11 mar 2022 and in tracking it's shows item booked on 20 mar 2022. After this whenever I call staff they talk with avoiding behaviour.
Finally not deliver to location in jammu even though parcel collected in their jammu office.
And when I asked about delivery they said it's mention by dispatcher that reciever collect parcel it own with asking or inform me.

Jiska raseed no. [protected] he. Jo ki aaj 21/3/22 ko bhi delever nahi hua hai.
Mene to madhur courier valo ki bahut tarif suni thi. Par inki service bhi bahut dhimi he.

My product is delivered to my location. Since last 7 days it is showing that it has disptached from Nagpur but until now it is not received at Jalgaon. I had contacted Nagpur executive, he says it has been dispatched from nagpur and jalgaon executive said if he receive the product he will deliver. I am not able to find out my product exact location....

At the outset I regret to inform you that
the courier booked by me from piplani booking point owned by arpan footwear at Gandhi market bhopal has not produced waybill to me since 3 days instead of my repeated reminder

I am really dissatisfied with the service of madhur and would not recommend it to any one in piplani and awadhpuri

I also request you to please do the needful to me by please dispatching this parcel at the earliest to raipur

As the shop owner has threatened me to delay the parcel
