मैने आपकी कुरियर सर्विस से 8/12/2021 को रोहतक से मंडी आदमपुर (हिसार) के लिए पार्सल बुक करवाया था जिसकी ट्रेकिंग आईडी P[protected] ये है। इसके अलावा दूसरा पार्सल 10/12/2021 को बुक करवाया था जिसकी ट्रेकिंग आईडी P[protected] है। आपकी कुरियर सर्विस से दोनो ही पार्सल किसी और को दिए गए हैं जिनको मै जानता नही और आज 5 दिन से उन्ही के पास मेरे पार्सल है। आपको फोन करने पर भी मेरा फोन नही उठाया जाता और ना ही आपके जो रोहतक और हिसार ऑफिस है वो जवाब देते हैं। इस लिए मैने नेशनल ग्राहक हेल्पलाइन पर आपके खिलाफ मामला दर्ज करवाया है जिसका केस नंबर 3171401 है। अगर आप 10 दिनो में मुझे मेरे पार्सल रिटर्न नहीं करते हैं तो आपके खिलाफ नेशनल ग्राहक सेवा आयोग द्वारा कार्यवाही की जायेगी।

    I sent courier on 6th nov 2021 from mp to Pune but not delivered on destination as expected time then i contact Pune office I want my courier back but I don't receive my parcel yet. I contact lots of time but they don't response my call, whatsapp even after that they switch off there numbers
    It's almost 2 months not getting my parcel
    Experience with this courier service worst I have ever seen

      I courier my parcel on date 1 Dec 2021, from mumbai to ropar, yet parcel not deliver. No any satisfactory answer from any madhur courier.
      Please do needful its urgent to deliver that.

        I have sent a courier to Worli, Mumbai on 1 Dec 2021 but it is constantly showing the courier at parel, Mumbai from 6 Dec. I have called on helpine no. but noone is helping . I have done a big mistake by sending my imp. doc. through this courier service .I have sent an imp. Application form to Mumbai .If it will reach there on time, I wiil face a huge loss.Please deliver it soon.

          I got my parcel with my efforts as the parcel is already delivered on 17 in indrapuri branch it will take maximum half an hour to deliver in my address which is awadhpuri but you guys take 2 days for the same.
          Is this the service you provide your customer?

            From yesterday it is showing out for delivery... I call him and told that tomorrow please deliver it earlier then also they were not delivering the parcel and not even receiving the call in morning and now I am requesting him to deliver because it is important and we have marriage at our house we were not available at that time then also telling me I will deliver at 7 pm if it is important then come here and collect the parcel ...very rude behavior

              Parcel not received yet it is showing out for delivery from yesterday... I am calling him and he said that he will deliver parcel after 7 pm... I am requesting him to deliver earlier because it is important and at 7 we are not available at home... And then also he is saying that we will deliver in colony after 7... In reason they were telling that they didn't get the address... And telling that if it is important then come here and collect the parcel..

                I want to say that I have compliant about not giving delivery
                As I visited the courier service and wait for 15 to 20 min as the staff playing game in moblie band when I asked for the parcel they told the parcel have not came
                After I had tracked me location so the parcel with them since 2 days before
                And they does not delivered at home
                So second time I visited so the way of talking was bad of both the staff so second time I have complianting on this website .

                And very poor service plz see to it for better service or close the courier
                Other they do like this to other member

                    Hi Team,

                    I am unable to track my parcel from Panipat to Shivpuri which was booked on 3rd November, 2021. It is not delivered till now and the last status is showing from November 7th, 2021. No Update is there after that on Madhur courier tracking. Also the courier guys are not responding to the phone calls and anything now.

                    Kindly find the details as below, also attaching the tracking Image for the reference -

                            About not giving parcel

                            As I. M tapan satija visited to Madhur courier for parcel but the worker who name is Vasu not given any reply I stand there for 15 min but he was busy in moblie playing game .
                            And I have visited 2 to 3 time then also not giving any reply
                            As I m requesting to change the dealer the as the behaviour of the staff is very bad...

                            I had sent my mother's medicine via madhur courier on 2 Nov 2021 having receipt no. [protected] from Balaghat (M.P.) to Bhopal (M.P.). I was given assurance from their side that even with considerable delay she will get them in max 4 days. It has been nearly a week and there is no record of the whereabouts of the parcel. The online tracking window provided by them has one frozen response that the parcel is on the way for days. Please help in resolving the issue at the earliest so that my mother can get her daily required medicines without any further delay.

                              i have order diwali gift from indore, consignor sent docket number p[protected] dt. 29 october 2021 to my resident delhi 110086.
                              Nobody visit/call to me and showing on his website that parcel has been returned to indore? shocked?

                              poor service provided by madhur courier.

                              I request you to kindly avoid this fake courier.

                              I give zero star rank - no any customer care number/email available on his site.

                              Where can i take legal action against this courier. Please guide me.

                                  My name is Jatin Jagdish Pardikar, I was sent a consignment by my supplier from madhur courier Nagpur to Daman on 23rd Oct 2021. I tried tracking it online but it was not showing up. So I called the madhur facility on 27th Oct and informed my query to him so he told me to call after 11 am. I was calling this guy and also in the office from 2 days but they never responded to my call. On 28th Oct at around 4:30 pm he received my call and told me that he will whatsapp me in 5 minutes but still there is no message from his end.
                                  After getting harrassed for almost 48 hours, I had written this complaint to you. Hope you people take corrective action against him and also let me know the status of the courier at the earliest.

                                    Hi, My parcel was booked and was promised to be delivered on or before 22nd october, and it was received on pune on time, content in the parcel was extremely urgent for me, I kept calling the agency but they didn't understand my urgency and made fake promises which they didn't fulfilled, CNote No of my Parcel is:[protected], It's been more than 8 days I am waiting for my parcel and still they are procrastinating the same way, it's my humble request to get the parcel delivered on the promised time or stop your services and making fake promises.

                                    I am extremely disappointed with the kind of service they are providing, I had to leave the address due to a planned trip, I waited for 8 days but the my demand was not fulfilled, I had chosen the worst service this has caused a huge loss to me. Can't convey my grievances in words.
