Madhur Courier — Behaviour for owner is poor

please solve my problem before 6 month one courier send sonepat(haryana) to delhi and banglore total 4 parcel two send delhi and two send banglore but no
information courier reach or no but contact sonepat madhur courier branch check receipt but 5 month or more time but no inform that today going branch language is poor jo hota ho wo kar le main nahi deta...
total stock value is 45000/- behaviour is very poor please my problem solved
this matter ... I am waiting
