Madhur Courier — Collect parcel and after few days not delivered

On 9th Jun I was send parcel no. [protected] in
Madhur Courier Service from Porbandar for Bombay kamothe.
After few days when we can't get parcel and inquir so they reply with miss behavior that " your parcel is returned because there is no branch in kamothe area.
So why your branch collect from us and when parcel reach Bombay, they must inform us instead of return.
Now we want compensate for the losses of our parcel undelivered.
