Madhur Courier — Complaint for franciser in khs

Madhur courier francise or company run in kharsia 496661, chattishgarh charging unethical charges
Without any measurement they just demand give so much of money and everytime to same location they r charging different prices
For example
I made courier to bilaspur from kharsia firstly they charge 20rs
When i send another product by my staff hand he charged 45 rs
Again when i went he charge 20rs
Then again i send by my staff he is charging 30rs
And all parcel has same weight of 200grms
Whats this?
Please clear my issue and make systematically procedure else your company image gonna be loose
