Madhur Courier — Consignment tempered by courier services and delivered after 24 days

Madhur Courier Services, Sagar (MP) had tempered my consignment which was sent by Jabalpur Food Tech Pvt Ltd on 19/07/2021 vide CNote number P[protected] and delivered to me on 13/08/2021 night after 24 days of its receipt. Madhur Courier Services are one of the worst courier services in the country, I had ever come across.
On complaining their HO at[protected] they said they are not responsible for any transit damage., I told them that it is not a transit damage but a clear cut case of tempering.
