I have dispatched few parcels to srinagar on 27th november, till now t has not been received by the party, and nobody is receiving my calls even in delhi (Karol bagh branch contact person named nikunj) and in srinagar (Srinagar branch contact person named aslam), such a pathetic service of madhur courier i have ever used. As I checked the status of the above given consignment no. [protected], is showed as received at delhi, but the parcel dispatched from JALANDHAR TO JAMMU-180012.

PLEASE RESOLVE THE ISSUE SOON, AND UPDATE THE STATUS OF THE GIVEN CONSIGNMENT

My Courier no. P[protected] has reached in Bangalore in last Sunday, still i did not get my courier in electronic city.They told me, you will get your courier in 2 days.
