Madhur Courier — Courier sending

Address: B-76. T.I.T. colony Neemuch

I send a courier from Madhur courier Neemuch to Bairagarh (Bhopal) M.P. on 5th august, Cnot no.of courier is [protected]. Consignee didn't get the courier till 15th august so I visit to the courier officer for asking about my courier. They got my details and telling me to wait there answer till next morning. Next day on 16th august the didn't giving me any answer on call so I visit again on the madhur courier neemuch office. Again the got my details and telling me about tracing process and giving me there mobile no [protected] and instructed to calling after one hour. I called on the number but they didn't picking up the call, Next day I call on the mobile number atleast 7-8 times but they didnt picking up the call, So I call on the landline number of the office. They didnt giving me satisfied answer. Please take action against my complaint.
