I had dispatched a parcel from indore for ahmadabad satyesh residency shantipura circle on 12th oct 2017. It remains undelivered till date. Tracking no. [protected]. I am taking followup from several days bust they are not giving the right answer some times they are saying that it is in south bopal office and some times they are saying it is in sarkhej office. On calling office today your lady staff was totally impolite n disconnected the phone saying that it was delivered on 26 october even though the online tracking is showing that the parcel is out for delivery.
