Madhur Courier — Delay delivery by courier

I have booked a parcel for Raipur on 9th January from Mumbai vide consignment no. P[protected] but that consignment is not delivered till today. I called thrice to Raipur office but they did't gave me any proper reply. what is the sense if parcel is not delivered within 6 days by courier.. That parcel was containing some household item which is seems destroyed till now.
