Madhur Courier — Docket not yet dispatch

I had sent a partial on date 13th aug BILASPUR to kotma, anuppur, they said next day 14th partial will be reached to mahendragarh, I said we will pick up from mahendragarh plz mention on this due to emergency medicine, but partial docket not yet dispatched, BILASPUR to raipur then raipur to jabalpur then again jabalpur to raipur and again raipur to jabalpur. It's totally worse and pathetic service by madhur courier . As a customer I am very disappointed. I will go to the consumer forum for the same.
