जी मैं बासोदा का एक नागरिक हु मैं ने आप की कूरियर से एक स्नैपडील का पार्सल गुड़गांव हरयाणा बेजा था जो की बापिस मेरे पास आ गया है जानकारी मांगने पर आपके एजेंट ने यह कहा की उस में लिखा हुआ पता पर आपकी सर्विस नहीं है तो आप के एजेंट ने वो पता पहले क्यों नहीं चेक किया की बहा पर आप की सर्विस है या नहीं और मेरे रिफंड मांगने पर मुझको 50% का कहा गया मैं पूरा रिफंड चाहता हु 100% क्यों की इस में आपके एजेंट की गलती ह की उसने पता बिना चेक किये मेरा कुरिओर ले लिया और फिर मुझको परेशानी हुयी अब आपके एजेंट के कारण मेरे उस प्रोडक्ट की रिप्लेसमेंट वारण्टी निकल गयी है

these are the docket number of couriers which
I am not getting delivered through madhur courier services .when i have contacted them they are not responding to me.please try to resolve my problem as soon as possible.
