Madhur Courier — I have not received my courier yet

Consignment no is p[protected] it was delivered from sehore to khachraud tehsil ashta on 11/11/2019 but i have not received yet. On enquiry i have found tha my parcel is sent to bharuch (Ahmedabad). I need my parcel in khachraud (Tehsil ashta dist sehore) today only. I got very puzzled by calling here and there. I have to receive that parcel on 12/11/2019 only. The parcel which would be received in one day it took already 6 days
Kindly do the needful.

I have send courier from Bhopal to khurai on 30 Nov 2019. My courier has reached Bina on 2 Dec 2019.But today on 6 Dec 2019 they are not dispatching courier from Bina.
