I booked a parcel for new delhi on 8th of june. Even after repetitive calls and followup they didnt delivered the parcel in 12 days and after 12 days they came to know that the new delhi area for which the parcel is booked is not serviceable by them. What the hell, didnt they knew at the time of booking. Liars. Its just a scam they are not at all professional
