Madhur Courier — my courier not received

My c no. [protected]... jabalpur to Ahmedabad...n it's goes 10 days but my courier not received..how pathetic?? Courier servicer also telling lie...very bad very upset..didn't use this courier service again even not recommend anyone..I m contacted him so many times..he always said aaj ho jayega n didn't do anything..what can I do?? Maine Bilaspur c.g. se Auraiya u.p. Ke liye 27.05.18 ko courier kiya tha lekin kanpur u.p. se wapas kar diya gaya.
Jab ki yah argent tha.
Kanpur service pr bhi call kiya unhone bhi miss behave kiya.
Delhi head office call karne ke bad bhi karan nahi bataya gaya.
Miss behave kiya gaya.
