Madhur Courier — Non delivery of the parcel and highly irresponsible conduct from Madhur Courier | |
C-Note #[protected] The said parcel was booked on June 29th, 2021 and still undelivered although it was assured to me that the normal delivery period is 3-4 working days. Has perishable items worth INR 3000 and Madhur Courier will be held accountable and will have to pay the amount to me in case of any eventuality. What makes the matter worse is in spite of calling the booking agent 100 times, I have not been given any updates. Today when I called up the customer Care Number of Madhur, was told by Rahul Sharma that the parcel hasn't been delivered because INR 25 is pending. Wonder who is supposed to pay??? Why no intimation to me???? I have paid the amt and have the receipt too??? Pathetic is not the word. Was this information helpful? | |
