Madhur Courier — not able to trace docket [protected]

I have booked a courier for devpuri raipur m. P. From delhi on 21st nov 2019, however while tracking the same online, it is showing movement from delhi to raipur by air.

Now on 27th i am getting same tracking status, when i tried to call delhi office they told that it has reached raipur so please contact raipur office.

I called raipur office but they are not telling anything appropriate, one person is saying that docket is with us but not delivered, while other person said that we have not yet received any such docket on our branch..

Its been total 6 days, but neither it has been delivered nor i am not able to get its status.

This is ridiculous that i have to take so many followups & even not able to see correct status over online tracking,

Hoping that i will be helped out.

Dear Sir, please help me, I ordered a parcel, which was received in District Rajgarh. It was Mangaya, but your Bhopal office sent that parcel to Raigad Bilaspur.
