Madhur Courier — not delivered courier

Dear sir,
my courier not delivered even if the courier received at bhavnagar,
Courier was booked from delhi
and from delhi to rajkot was delivered on 17 july
today is 18th july my courier not received bhavnagar.. i was waiting from morning till evening.

at bhavnagar branch no one gives me answer properly... and very bad behaviour on phone that courier ayega to milega aur hamara system kharab hai...
hum lig kitna wait karenge is ke liye...
