Madhur Courier — packet not delivered and no pod available.

Courier no p[protected] from delhi to jabalpur was sent on 29 dec 2017 and till date it has not reached and neither returned. The helplione says that this no is for courier for indore dated 19 feb, 2018. I am unable to understand what and how is such a thing possible. Delhi office not taking responsibility of returning or providing the pod. I have been chasing all ends jabalpur, bhopal, delhi and even indore. No end seems to be working.
