Madhur Courier — Parcel is not getting delivered even it is in the center from last 2 days

Madhur Courier Bhind Branch has received the parcel 22/12/2021 and it's 48 hr completed but still, I didn't get the parcel. I have called that agency but he is continuously postponing the delivery.
Indirectly he is telling me to collect the parcel from the center only. I have made a payment for the smooth delivery. Please look into this.
