Madhur Courier — parcel not delivered at destination.

I had courierd a parcel ([protected]) through your company. But my parcel was not delivered at exact place i e (D-39, okhla industrial area, phase-1, new delhi) instead was delivered at (D-139, mega calibre enterprises). I contacted your employee for the same but he didn't response in a good way. The parcel containing original documents and i don't have any copies of that. So please return me my parcel so that i can resend them to the destination.

Dear sir,
courier aane par na to courier wala phone karta hai or na hi courier dene aata hai. Or esa kai bar ho chuka hai. Complaint karne ko bolte hai to kehata hai ki kardena. Hamare important document hote h jo uske pas hi rahate hai 10 se 15 din tak or dene bhi nahi aata or na hi call karta hai hame. please in par action lijiye.
