Madhur Courier — Parcel not received till yet | |||||
Hello, I am very disappointed with madhur courier because my sister send me Rakhi on 12/08/16 from Jamshedpur to me (Pune) but till yet parcel has been not received. Now this is very embarrassed situation that so many days passed and Rakhi till yet not delivered by courier service. I tried to call so many no. even no buddy picking the phone. I was continuously tracking courier on Madhur portal also but from 16th Aug onwards there is no updates ( last update is dispatching from Mumbai). Ref no. My father send me a post. The envelope of the post had been changed and some items like chocolate, 100 Rupee note and on rakhi had been missing. When i asked, the delivery man started shouting.
