Madhur Courier — Parcel not yet received

My parcel was dispatched from mumbai to bangalore on Sat Feb 11. The courier guy attempted delivery at my office address on monday Feb 13 at around 5:30 PM. As i had left office at that time, I asked him to come again on tuesday which he did not. Daily followups also did not work. On thursday he told me that if i want my parcel, I need to Pay him extra 100 bucks else he wont give my parcel.Later i called and told the same to the owner who had parcelled me.
