Madhur Courier — parcel stolen

I sended 2 shoe where one was stolen and parceled used shoe
I have video while opening the parcel
Weight what i sent was different
If madhur courier gives no response ill file case in consumer forum
And the franchise is telling we can't do anything you call soo shameful to here this
Is this the service you provide?
I was badly treated in the madhur indrapuri
I'm not soo rich to bear this loss where i have everything bill docket everything

Or else my last option will be consumer forum.
