Madhur Courier — Product damaged and destroyed by rats

My father send me parcel from jaipur to bhopal which had medicines and flavoured cashew . My courier Consignment no. [protected] which was dispatched on March 1, 2025 which was delivered on March 4, 2025 . Parcel was tapped all around and when we opened it . Medicines and other things were damaged by rats and madhur courier cheated us with manipulating packing . They damaged our medicines which were very important for consent patient
