Madhur Courier — products missing | |
The package was dispatched from rohini in delhi. But as the parcel reached bareilly, the items of package went missing. It weighed 140gm at the time of dispatch but when it was received by my client, it weighed 132gm. And it took longer time than normal to get delivered. The parcel was in shabby condition and had two items missing. Two missing items are earrings studs. The parcel was opened enroute and it was tampered with. I have contacted the concerned office in delhi but nothing has been done. I registered the complain on your website madhurcouriers.in. My complain number is 52726. My phone number has been blocked by your company representative. I need an immediate action as this attitude reflects irresponsibility, slackness and non-committal nature. Madhur Courier customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 18, 2019 Updated by Jyoti Johar Jethi With reference to my previous complaint( complain number is 52726), I am unsatisfied and disappointed with the addressal. Your closure report says that package was delivered. But it fails to consider following points-1) package was tampered with. It was opened and then closed. 2) items from the package are missing. 3) weight of package at the time of dispatch and delivery was different. I have sent a detailed email to your company but all in vain. The person assigned to address my problems has put my phone in blocked list. This speaks of your unprofessional attitude towards customer satisfaction. It baffles me to understand how you can simply ignore the complaint without even catering to your customer’s concerns. For Madhur Couriers, successful delivery is delivery of parcel without items in it. How can you even close the complaint. I have mailed you but no response. I have called you but no response.   | |
