    Dear sir/madam,

    We don’t have a electricity since 5 am. Also we are facing short power outages 4-5 times a day since last 3 days. We always have been a problem with the outages . We run a business and it’s very difficult. Sometimes we have to go ourselves to find out the reason for power outage and we have to solve it. We are so tired from this every day power outages. This is a shame we still not get 24 hours electricity. As a company you should take some steps for your consumer. Please address this complaint as soon as possible. Thank you

      Respected Sir,
      We are from Anklav Lalpura, We are Facing frequently power cut from last 1 month. Once rain start immediate we are facing issue of Single phase Power Cut.
      This problem is in Anklav Division Kothyakad Fider (AG).
      Just now it is 8:48 PM still rainfall is only 20% and there is power cut.
      This problem is from last one month.
      Still electricity has not come!!!
      And when we try to contact with toll free number no one is replying us. so where we should contact for this issue???
      Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible????

                        Now we are requesting you to look into the matter very seriously as there is inturruption in power supply on regular basis in Wadi Subdivision of Vadodara city. It is complete harrassment as there is no power supply in our area on an average 1 hour on daily basis. It is common now not to get answer from your customer care representative as they put receiver aside, so it shows that "ALL LINES ARE BUSY". Please provide peremenent solution of this & do the needful.

                              Here in our area Shantikunj society every Sunday there is a regular cut down 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and now in this hot temperature and high humidity it is very hard to tolerate it. So please reduce time of cut down or reduce the days of cut down.

                                As it is common now in inturruption in power supply in wadi sub division vadodara unit gujarat. The reason is trip in the Feder as it is very common problem from many years & is not solved by anyone of mgvcl staff from many years & problem still persist & we are facing many problems due to cut in power supply. We have small kids at our home and it is common to inturrupt in power supply for 4 to 5 times in a month and specially in rainy season. Now we request you to solve this problem which persist from many years and remain unsolved from many years too.
