I got a mail regarding the purchase of INR 999 from my debit card on 01 Jan 2021with some info: MSI*ICL AMAZON.

I do not have any prime membership of any amazon service, so why and for what reason this transaction was done from my account.

please resolve the issue and refund my amount.

My consumer no is [protected] is disconnected my power supply due to not paying bill but today I pay my bill and attach its photo copy pls reconnect my connection

The lunch time is officially 2pm to 2:30 pm but those guys are chilling on mobile out side office at sardar astet mgvcl division. And do not cope are with costumer...

I have Submitted Written Complain to the Mgvcl sub diviosion of Devgadh baria reason for change the miter display is off but there are not response mgvcl devgadh baria

Our main wire from meter to society electricity poll was temporary repaired before 3 months due to short-circuit . It is very old wire and many joints on it and due to rain and thunder strom wire swings and sparking and it affects our home appliances and damage.

Kindly please replace our electricity wire.

July to August bill was Rs 3717.64.
I have paid July to August bill rounf figure Rs 4000/- through credit card. However again it got added in Sept-Oct bill.

I have paid Rs 9199 as lump sump amount

However, we request you to check and count Rs 4000/- paid though ICICI Credit card on dated 12.09.2020

As shown in the attached image, the daily record of meter reading shows that the difference between two days of the export unit data does not match with the difference in the record of the solar meter. For every day the export data shown is one, two, or three units lesser than shown by the solar meter. The light bill records export data and hence it is a loss of on an average 30 to 60 units of solar units per month for my house. The record is taken at the same time for both export and solar meter.
I seek an explanation for this difference.

From the past few days, it is happening everyday that power supply is being cut at the afternoon time for almost 2 to 3 hours in the our area(Sahajanand society, novino road) of vadodara. We are paying everything time to time then how can this electricity is get cuts everyday oftenly... This is now too much... We have online classes... Why this is occurring in this pandemic time... I hope u will take this complaint seriously otherwise we all have to take actions if you didn't do.

I am a resident of Panigate area in vadodara. Since last few days there is frequent power cuts observed in my area. I have taken complete details about the timings for the power cuts. Below are the details.

I am unable to find an online authority who can take care of this complaint

I am a resident of Sun Pharma road area, Atladara, Vadodara. Since last few many days (and past many years) there are frequent power outages at random hours and some are causing inconvenience during the night hours disrupting sleep.
We are regular tax payers and have always served the country with our duties. During the power outages, whenever we call the MGVCL office person, the calls are unresponsive.
I am writing this complaint...

I am residents of shyamal county on waghodia road, vadodara here every day 4 to 5 hr power cut observed (from last 5 days) . Please slove this issue and do proper maintenance so problem not happen daily.

Here i am from rupakheda which is comes under limdi division. May i know which kind of maintenance work you guys have been do this days?? We are facing power cut from last 3 days from 9:00-4:00.. There are so many people who are doing their work from home from their pcs and laptops. Because of such power cur we are facing too much problem... Kindly solve our issue or else give us appropriate valid reason for power cut

Last 6 months usage list.
Jan-feb - usage 366 units and bill charges are rs. 2453
Mar-apr - usage 510 units and bill charges are rs. 3489
May-june usage 861 units and bill charges are rs. 2183

I Pranav S. Chitte residing in The Krishna City, Kelanpur, Dabhoi Road, Vadodara on behalf of all residents of The Krishna City, Kelanpur would like to draw your attention to the serious problem of power interruption and dim light faced by society members frequently.
Due to frequent and random power cuts our routine life is badly affected as the area is still developing and thinly populated raising security concerns.
Also water supply is frequently distrurbed as bore water is the only source and the entire society has a single water tank for water supply.
Due to Covid pandemic most students are taking online classes and are unable to attend it.
Herewith I am attaching screenshots of online complaints registered and from the number only you can realise the gravity of the situation. Number of times we have even not registered complaints.
It is our humble request to take urgent note of this problem and resolve it as soon as possible.

Mgvcl power supply from r v desai road side, vadodara 390001 has frequent failures and high voltage fluctuations. I had lodged a complaint
No.5734227 on[protected] which is still not resolved by mgvcl. My consumer no. Is [protected], mobile [protected] and address:raghukul;6, madhuvan society, r v desai road, vadodara 390001. On pole opposite our premises has two supply coming from opposite direction. Other side supply is stable with least power tripping. My neighbour wing cdr c k chitale also has lodged similar complaint in june 22020 which is also not attended, y mgvcl. There is no justified reason from mgvcl for not changing our source of power supply to more stable, normal source.
I have already informed mgvcl that power supply from r v desai road side frequently trips due to high load (More appartments-residents), small work-shops, more commercial establishments etc. Where as other side mostly residential houses

Due to frequent power failure and high voltage fluctuations we face lot of hardship in this old-age. A mgvcl pole in front of our premises has two supply coming from opposite directions out of which supply from vithal society side appears stable and failure are minimal....
