Myself Majid Mansuri Customer No. - [protected], C-31, Anas Park, Nr.Chand Park, Tandalja Road - Vadodara, Request to make complete fitting of wire out sided home as it may create some accident while air flow or rain.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to bring your last invoice for the month of April 20201 from your side contains some errors that mentioned below. I request you to look into the issue and resolve it by a sending a revised invoice for the same.

In this invoice total is Rs. 80457.09/- but actual total of Sr no 1 to 10 is Rs. 71457.09/-

Kindly request you to correct the bill and issue a fresh bill for the April month. Otherwise, please adjust the access amount to be paid by us for the current wrong bill amount in the next month's bill amount.

I hope my complaint will be resolved as soon as possible.

Every bill of mine is consumed not more than 200 units.but this time it's 844 unit for march- april bill.that is next to impossible so please check my meter

There have been frequent power cuts in vip road karelibaug area since last 15 days with power being cut during any time of the day/night (5-6 times a day). With people working from home and summer at its peak it is very difficult to mange.

The three phase main supply line to my residence is directed from an electric pole 15-20 metres away and is passing through my neighbours compound. This live wire since it is hanging poses a safety hazard.
My request is to kindly arrange provide a permanent support to this live cable so as to avoid any mishap arising out of this hanging cable.

MGVCL, GOTRI.We pay bill by SBI net banking on next day of bill date & not paid to mgvcl by bank & back to bank on 8the day.Due to this connection person intimate us to disconnect, we check & pay immediately pay bill by net banking which not shown by server hence another transaction done which show same result hence next day we pay cash payment in morning.Then afternoon we recd bank successful payment status both.But MGVCL website show us one bill amount.we raise email, call customer care for refund.It Will take two month said by c.care, kindly request to do needful for excess amount refund.

I dinesh babu bachina residing at 22 chaitanya vihar society near alkapuri society anand has lodged a complaint twice on 10022021 on toll free number[protected] regarding no electric supply to my house at 7:00pm and 8:00 pm respectively
And i was told that it will be resolved on next working day i.e 11022021 morning as there is no concerned person is available at night on next day i.e[protected] no person come to resolve the issue when i retuned to my home after completing my office work at 6:00 pm i noticed that electric supply was not restored. The same has been communicated to customer toll free number and they told me that mgvcl People contacted Me on my registered mobile but no response received from my end so they have Left the complaint unresolved. So i went to mgvcl office located at grid junction in anand to know the exact problem. The counter person told me that due to no response from my end on phone they left the problem as it is.i asked them to let me know the call time and number from which they have rang me the person couldn’t reply. When i asked him to provide complaint details in written they refused abruptly and told me that one answer for every question asked After words

With utmost respect and rude behaviour by mr ajit asst electrician. For resolving issue i have contacted private person and they charged me 500 rs/- for fixing the issue and told me that the wire which is connecting my house hold to power supply pole
Due to negligence of mgvcl people i had to pay to private person for fixing issue which could have been solved by mgvcl people if they have act professionally die their mistake i lost my money and valuable time. So i request you to kindly in the matter and compensate my money back and reason for misbehaving with consumers by staff

I got a mail regarding the purchase of INR 999 from my debit card on 01 Jan 2021with some info: MSI*ICL AMAZON.

I do not have any prime membership of any amazon service, so why and for what reason this transaction was done from my account.

please resolve the issue and refund my amount.

My consumer no is [protected] is disconnected my power supply due to not paying bill but today I pay my bill and attach its photo copy pls reconnect my connection

I have Submitted Written Complain to the Mgvcl sub diviosion of Devgadh baria reason for change the miter display is off but there are not response mgvcl devgadh baria

Our main wire from meter to society electricity poll was temporary repaired before 3 months due to short-circuit . It is very old wire and many joints on it and due to rain and thunder strom wire swings and sparking and it affects our home appliances and damage.

Kindly please replace our electricity wire.

July to August bill was Rs 3717.64.
I have paid July to August bill rounf figure Rs 4000/- through credit card. However again it got added in Sept-Oct bill.

I have paid Rs 9199 as lump sump amount

However, we request you to check and count Rs 4000/- paid though ICICI Credit card on dated 12.09.2020

As shown in the attached image, the daily record of meter reading shows that the difference between two days of the export unit data does not match with the difference in the record of the solar meter. For every day the export data shown is one, two, or three units lesser than shown by the solar meter. The light bill records export data and hence it is a loss of on an average 30 to 60 units of solar units per month for my house. The record is taken at the same time for both export and solar meter.
I seek an explanation for this difference.

From the past few days, it is happening everyday that power supply is being cut at the afternoon time for almost 2 to 3 hours in the our area(Sahajanand society, novino road) of vadodara. We are paying everything time to time then how can this electricity is get cuts everyday oftenly... This is now too much... We have online classes... Why this is occurring in this pandemic time... I hope u will take this complaint seriously otherwise we all have to take actions if you didn't do.
