Dear sir
There is no continuous power cuts especially in mani nagar society bodeli division.
We are keep on hearing the same reply from public that there is a repair since 2 months before.
It is not acceptable from public if power cuts happened in night times.
We tried twice for land line number but not lifted

We are having a open electricity transformer pole under society area and also some times current pass in pole, which is very risky for our children & anyone's life.

We are from vadodara. My complaint is against mgvcl, tarsali division.

Distribution transformer is very close to our house. From last few years we have seen transformer blasting, heavy sparking and heavy fire in transformer, oil spilling from transformer, fire due to spark, and many other issues in transformer.
Transformer is located very very close to our resident. Every 2-3 days we are facing issues due to this transformer....

Meter reader written that no display my meter
Display not wkg. In bill when came for meter reading in green light number not saw. This is two or three times that why average bill come. Please do need full....

I have tried on my android mobile and also desktop for open mgvcl con. Web portal there is a so many time i tried with correct registered user name and password but i can't success why? Please check your side for extra ordinary services for valuable customer. Side open result very poor. So many error just like certificate not trusted site how is going on? Please check and update certificate and other needful issue regarding smoothly working...

I am complaining on the behalf of all students of gmers gotri medical college. There has been power cut today since 2:00 pm and electricity has not been back yet.

Such things are happening frequently and no one takes any intrest to look into the matter. We face a lot of problems when there is no electricity for most of day and have exams the other day.
Please solve as soon as possible....

I have received payment detail of bharat bill pay. But, i do not know the status of payment, whether, credited to mgvcl or not? I have paid rs.3915/- on 19/10/19, which were due (For the period of sept-oct-19). I have paid this amt. Of rs.3915/- through bharat bill pay, using my debit card. Pls power supply urgently in our area, the power supply is not run and purely cut from doday 3pm to at that time till so pls run power supply urgently and your service phone number is not recommended my call, so pls change your service call number and replace other number, the people are not survive without power and very big problem suffering without power supply...

It has come to our notice that, mostly electrical poles especially for road lights are found to be of metal and causing the electrical hazard during the rainy season. Those potential threat for accident related to short circuiting, and i have experienced the one during this rainy season, luckily i was able save myself. I am sure mgvcl must be hearing this kind of incidences on routine basis.

I am a resident of newly constructed building "B-301, Solaris-2", in bhayli area. My new meter has been installed before 10 days but still supply is not started. Meter also installed after so many reminders and now when meter is installed, supply has not started.

Kindly do the needful and get the supply by as soon as possible.

In our jivandeep society, dahod, we are facing many problems with the electricity power supply. Bulb got melted, sealing fans are burned, tubelights are not working, all other home appliances are stopped working in entire jivandeep society. We made complain to the dahod city mgvcl office but they are not responding. Instead of investigating the problems they are waiting for more complain in written by other consumers.

I had already paid my light bill through online transaction i had not got payment receipt. They only show payment status success not mentioned my payment reference number. And my money already cut on that day then how i know that my payment done? But my money was cut
