Hey there here i m writing this for third time.. Since last few days continuous breakdown of light was observe during day time and night time also.. No one can able to complete his or her routine work in college without electricity. Due to continuous breakdown there is hectic schedule here. And despite of my continuous complaint there is no any progress here regarding electricity. Please kindly do the needful otherwise i have to take necessary actions.

My self Janak Patel from handod, Karjan, Vadodara. My mob no is [protected]. Since last 45 days everyday power issue is here. There is no technical team available in karjan. Even nobody is responding. Since yesterday there is no power. Even MGVCL team is not responding

Since last 2bills the amount is so much high which cannot taken into consideration by me as the usage is not that much. Secondly coming from middle class i can't afford the same.
Last bill was 7260/
Where as this it is 7509/
So it's a request kindly look into this matter as i not able to pay such a huge amount.

Hello!
This is in regards to overcharging electricity bill for the months may-june 2020.
The bill amount that i received is doubled the predictable approximate amount.
As this has happened with many customers this time, take it as a serious matter and take appropriate action on this.

As a regular practice of staff. No power and they atop answering the calls and place the phones off the craddle..

Any reason why there is a power cut today? What is this maintenance activity you guys keep doing with religious fervour? I am an electrical engineer and i will try and understand.
How do i know in advance when you guys are going to conduct this religious activity of yours? I need to finish some work or try and relax on sunday after an exhausting week and, your sadists are out with the scissors for a whole six hours. Remember guys we pay for supply and not discomforting power interruptions.

The electricity of my well did not come from the last ten days. When i called on the helpline, i got an answer from the front that electricity will not come, do it. Where you want to speak, do not be afraid of anyone

Dear sir
There is no continuous power cuts especially in mani nagar society bodeli division.
We are keep on hearing the same reply from public that there is a repair since 2 months before.
It is not acceptable from public if power cuts happened in night times.
We tried twice for land line number but not lifted
Kindly send higher authorities and do needful for public during this lockdown period.

Dear team mgvcl,

We are having a open electricity transformer pole under society area and also some times current pass in pole, which is very risky for our children & anyone's life.

Also to inform you that meter bord of transformer pole is also open and risky
For human life..

Request you to take it seriously & covered it as soon as possible before loss of life, i have tried to contact local office but no one is responding, hope we can get action on this mail to avoid further escalation

Due to health problem of my husbond i was out of vadodara from 12nov. 2019 and my house is still locked to day. While on line ele bill payment it was observed that ele. Bills from nov-jan-march - may 2020 were to high.
You are requested to check energy meter and justfy the matter at the earliest with refund of excess amount paid.

Note: april may 2020 net bill amount of rs. 3196.02 is already paid on line dtd.[protected] being regular paid customer of mgvcl. 🇮🇳

We are from vadodara. My complaint is against mgvcl, tarsali division.

Distribution transformer is very close to our house. From last few years we have seen transformer blasting, heavy sparking and heavy fire in transformer, oil spilling from transformer, fire due to spark, and many other issues in transformer.
Transformer is located very very close to our resident. Every 2-3 days we are facing issues due to this transformer.
Specially during rains, we are afraid of leakage current. It may cause injuries or very heavy damage due to water lodging due to rains.

There is our safety concerns as it is very close to our home. Even some of animals have died in past due to this transformer.

We have tried to do complaints but we have always got very lame answers from the officials. No support for our lives also. This people do no understand safety concerns related to life and death of people. And they are no even concerned to move it.

We request that we get solutions and better safety. Mgvcl persons are very lame to answer any questions and to listen for our safety concerns.

We are looking for solutions as soon as possible as rainy seasons have already started and its very unsafe and risky for us.

Meter reader written that no display my meter
Display not wkg. In bill when came for meter reading in green light number not saw. This is two or three times that why average bill come. Please do need full.

I have tried on my android mobile and also desktop for open mgvcl con. Web portal there is a so many time i tried with correct registered user name and password but i can't success why? Please check your side for extra ordinary services for valuable customer. Side open result very poor. So many error just like certificate not trusted site how is going on? Please check and update certificate and other needful issue regarding smoothly working...

I am complaining on the behalf of all students of gmers gotri medical college. There has been power cut today since 2:00 pm and electricity has not been back yet.

Such things are happening frequently and no one takes any intrest to look into the matter. We face a lot of problems when there is no electricity for most of day and have exams the other day.
Please solve as soon as possible.

I have received payment detail of bharat bill pay. But, i do not know the status of payment, whether, credited to mgvcl or not? I have paid rs.3915/- on 19/10/19, which were due (For the period of sept-oct-19). I have paid this amt. Of rs.3915/- through bharat bill pay, using my debit card. I, just, want to know the status of payment, whether, amt. Of rs.3915/- is remitted to mgvcl or not?

Pls power supply urgently in our area, the power supply is not run and purely cut from doday 3pm to at that time till so pls run power supply urgently and your service phone number is not recommended my call, so pls change your service call number and replace other number, the people are not survive without power and very big problem suffering without power supply
