આથી હું ગાન વરધરી તાલુકો લુણાવાડા જિલ્લો મહીસાગર નો રહેવાસી આપણે જણાવવા માંગુ છું કે મારા ગામ ના રહેવાસી પટેલ જસુભાઈ રાયજીભાઈ તથા પટેલ લક્ષ્મીદાસ રાયજીભાઈ બંને ભાઈ ના ઘર વરધરી ગામ ના લક્ષ્મીપુરા ફળીયા માં આવેલ છે જે બંને લોકો ને હેરાન કરવા માટે આપણી વીજ કંપની ના લઈટ ના થાંભલા વરધરી ગામ તેમજ ખેતરો માં પડેલા થાંભલા ઉપાડી લાવી લોકો ને હેરાન કરવા રસ્તા ઉપર લાવી ને મૂકે છે તો શું આ આપણી વીજ કંપની ના નિયમ છે કે કંપની ના થાંભલા ચોરી કારીલોકો ને પરેશાન કરવા રસ્તા બંધ કરવા વાપરવા? હું આ સાથે આપનેં ફોટો પણ પાડી મોકલું છું જો આપના દ્વારા આવા માણસો ઉપર સખ્ત કાર્યવાહી કરવા માં નહીં આવે તો હું આ complain નંબર સાથે આગળ કાર્યવાહી કરીશ જે આપની કંપની ને વિદિત થાય આવા માણસો સામે વીજ થાંભલા ચોરી કરવાનો જે કડક માં કડક સજા હોય તે કરવા વિનંતી કરું છું જેથી કોઈ દિવસ લીઘટ ના થાંભલા ચોરી કરી લોકો ને હેરાન કરે એવી જગ્યાએલવી ને ના મૂકે

We JOULE ENGINEERING WORKS from Halol Maswad GIDC, From today morning our industrial area no power supply and not proper answer given by MGVCL Halol Staff .

Many times we have raised complaint to MGVCL Halol for Not getting continues power supply in our industrial area, but no any proper solution till date.

We have losses our manpower and production due to not getting continues power.

We have applied for the agricultural line on 28/11/2018 in which the fee has been paid and surveyed for the line connection from Tarapur GEB office and the poles have been laid but we have applied to the Tarapur office for not laying the power line even after three years. And even though we have been pushed and have not responded yet, we kindly appeal to you to approve our application as soon as possible....

Hi Team

We need your help to escalate this to higher level of MGVCL office.

Since last 3 years we are suffering from blast in our nearest DP from which our society get supply.

Every week, there will be a blast in our common transformer & then every time ELCB, Motor starter, lift, Motor winding, MCB all will blast with their PCB & this will take around 20 - 30000 every week and again after 4 to 5 days again blast will happen & MGVCL person will came and from wooden stick they will join something on DP & power will came but all equipment will blast & we have to spent (warranty cant be cover in this case).

We complain the same a lot time also we members went to MGVL office and given written complain many times but so far no any solution and they are responding like they are give free service.

We are spending more than 1 lac bill in every 2 months from 5 tower society.

Just taking an 6 month expense data, we have spent 1.5 lac from our pocket..!! we are now really tired from their service. they are not taking this big matter seriously.

Recently last week also we all went together & gave complain to Mr. Rana (Koyli Dy. Engg) & he visited that day but no action taken since last 10 days & yesterday again blast happen.

I hope we get solution from this channel else we have to find another high level to escalate the same. Third class MGVCL service..!!

1 . Mr Pinal Patel MGVCL khambhat
2. Mr A. K Makwana MGVCL khambhat
3. Mr Abhishek incharge officer
I ahve showed the online paymwnt bill for my shop still they have cut my power as due to old matter with Pinal Patel MGVCL

I have paid the bill but still not get in the mgvcl account and the person says need to cut the connection and also taking out the meter what should i have to do if i have paid the bill .
Its not easy to pay full amount on same time .

This is to inform you that in my residence Ganesh Nagar near Deep darshan society behind Makarpura St depo Makarpura street lights are not working since long and we have called many times on the given customer service number but there is no response from them request mgvcl to look in to this and do the needful as soon as possible

I again have an complaints regarding electricity paid bill when the wireman arrived my mother have showed the bill the bill and another one payed online .
He dis repectly answer my mother that he will not allow to chek any online feature payment .
And argued loudly .
This is asked why he has done .
He said due to pressure by Mr Pinal Patel MGVCL in main office of khambhat .
Please take some steps against Mr Pinal Patel otherwise i have to do something for him from my side

I truely thanx MGVCL for providing excellent services here at my native .
Bt the person works here named Mr.Pinal Patel here uses abusing words at place for late payments.
Harrasing all the time for using personal matter against me which was before 2 yeara taking revenge as he works for MGVCL
Theres alot of abused words saying in front of public at my place
I have requested many times bt he still harrasing me for many reasons.
As due to corona effect i have shortage in money for paying electricity bill on time .
Due to this he is taking revenge for several times as i requested for that reason
Pleas take this seriously as the wiremans also frustrated by him as he useams slung language towards them too .
