I have paid the bill but still not get in the mgvcl account and the person says need to cut the connection and also taking out the meter what should i have to do if i have paid the bill .
Its not easy to pay full amount on same time ....

IN the above mentioned society there is an Electric Pole nd Service lines in the Personal Honour Premises land.These are Obstacles to clean the land and dangerous for living ones.So I request you to inspect the place & replace it in 10 days. If any casualties will occur it might be responsibility of your Electricity Board.mo.[protected]...this is 5th reminder...

This is to inform you that in my residence Ganesh Nagar near Deep darshan society behind Makarpura St depo Makarpura street lights are not working since long and we have called many times on the given customer service number but there is no response from them request mgvcl to look in to this and do the needful as soon as possible...

I again have an complaints regarding electricity paid bill when the wireman arrived my mother have showed the bill the bill and another one payed online .
He dis repectly answer my mother that he will not allow to chek any online feature payment .
And argued loudly .
This is asked why he has done .
He said due to pressure by Mr Pinal Patel MGVCL in main office of khambhat .
Please take some steps against...

I truely thanx MGVCL for providing excellent services here at my native .
Bt the person works here named Mr.Pinal Patel here uses abusing words at place for late payments.
Harrasing all the time for using personal matter against me which was before 2 yeara taking revenge as he works for MGVCL
Theres alot of abused words saying in front of public at my place
I have requested many times bt he still harrasing me...

My RTPV application for additional 2KW over and above 2KW installed in 2017 on same roof top was withheld by MGVCL, Baranpura, Vadodara sud-division under uot of place cited regulation 4.28 clause of solar policy-disribution code.My RTPV no.is GUJ/P2/21-22/RES/RT/10278402 dated[protected].I had lodged complaint on MGVCL portal earlier no.5338 dated[protected] which is unresolved.Unfortunately there is no feed back neither any communication...

Light no 3 days...

Frequently electricity coming and going since morning. And now no electricity....

From 35 hours there is no electricity and we have exams tommorrow. There is not a single phage electricity still (8:30PM). We have complaint twice but there is no action taken on our problem. When we call on anklav substation they do not recieve and its out of service, KINDLY PLEASE TAKE A STRICT ACTION ON THEM. There is no single phage or 3 phage electricity still.
You are requested to please take any action...
