Today, cable laying is going on at Sankarda, Nandesari division near by my farm, opposite to M/s Ambica Weighing Bridge. Customer No : [protected]. It is noticed that, new cable is going from my farm premises and will affect me during crop & may be building of storage room in my farm. We have already communicated to local MGVCL person. You are kingly requested to lay new cable from outside of my farm.

On the night of 25/7/21, we saw a loadshading. However it was a trip due to short circuit in my fridge. Today morning when the frigdge mechanic came, he noticed high voltage to the tune of 290 to 300 volts. Immediately I called up MGVCL vasna office. On Sunday 25th July, there was power cut for two times. First in the morning for about 3 hours & then in the evening about 3 hours. And now again on 26th the power is off from 2:46 a.m. How come we cannot get the discount on our bill as these type of things happens almost everyday. There is no rebate in bill for the charges as compare to other GEB stations where the service is better....

This is my 5th complint. I am from mehlav. Ta:petlad dis+ anand, and we belongs to sojitra mgvcl.
There is so poor service from mgvcl. Every time ur service is under maintanace. No any respocible to take responsibility. Sojitra office number is always busy. Your appointed person wireman is not receiving call or done proper work. Even i complint this many times but situation is still bad.
Government announced 24 hour electricity...

We have faced power off problem
Last 5 hours- early in the morning today
Please solve that...
