Hello Team MGVCL,

My home electricity is getting disturb due to Air Compressor.
I'm living on 3rd floor and there is a cycle puncture shop on ground floor.
When he start his Air compressor, my home electricity got disturbed.

On complaining of this condition to that Cycle Puncture Shop owner, he replying me in annoying tone.

Hope for the support on urgent basis.

We have asked our village Helper to change the location of the Meter as it is difficult for the billing person to read meter reading since the meter was installed inside the garage. We have requested to change to location to fix the meter outside so that it is easy for the person to read meter reading for the billing purpose. Village Helper asked us to pay Rs 350 by cash. We have told him that the payment will be made online to the company in our account but he refused to provide the service if the payment is not made in cash. It has been almost 15 days he never turned up to provide the requested service

Since last month we are facing such power interruption and fail issue in our entire area, we have already complained in written om 29th july hut still there have no any improvement.

As soon as the rain started lights are gone in day & night as well. Its very cheap service.

I had made a complaint vide number work order number VWIJ/20 173 at Vadodara Vasna sub division on 11-08-21 at 15.15 time. Now while I am writing this complaint it is 7.54 PM I.e almost 5 hours. Dispite Of repeated reminders and even after my Meter got completely burnt this people haven’t attended my complaint.
Pls do needful and take appropriate actions.
Also do intimate me so that I am aware of it.
Hope to see proper actions promptly.

This is to inform you that in dwarkesh duplex, kanjari road halol. Light in this area is cutt-off from about last 12 hours and the assurance given by the mgvcl halol is that they don't pick up call and when they do they assure that the light will come in 1 hour. This has resulted in spreading fake news among public by a government employee.
